★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klantgerichtheid is ver te zoeken bij trekpleister aan de Thomsonlaan in Den Haag. Helaas denken jonge en onervaren verkoopmedewerksters dat de klant er voor hun is ipv andersom....
Customer focus is hard to find at the attraction on the Thomsonlaan in The Hague. Unfortunately, young and inexperienced sales staff think that the customer is there for them instead of the other way around ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben er een paar keer geweest leuke producten dat wel maar personeel is totaal onvriendelijk en daardoor ervaarde ik mijn bezoek als niet prettig ik ga wel naar een andere winkel
Have been there a few times nice products, but staff is totally unfriendly and therefore I experienced my visit as unpleasant I will go to another store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima drogisterij met goede sortering: veel aanbiedingen en A-merkproducten die goedkoper zijn dan bij de supermarkt. Winkelruimte is goed benut, frisse look en je kan alles makkelijk vinden. Service is super en vlot. Personeel hijgt niet in je nek, maar helpt wel meteen als je een vraag hebt. De ruimte voor de kassa is wel wat klein, omdat de ingang op de hoek zit en veel ruimte vraagt. Ik krijg zelf geen folders meer, maar de website is top.
Excellent drugstore with good sorting: many offers and A-brand products that are cheaper than at the supermarket. Retail space is well used, fresh look and you can easily find everything. Service is super and smooth. Staff do not pant on your neck, but do help immediately if you have a question. The space for the cash register is a bit small, because the entrance is on the corner and requires a lot of space. I no longer receive leaflets myself, but the website is top notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discount valid from tomorrow but woman use today... No problem.... But discount valid till yesterday can use today haha! If she can get 1day earlier why I can not get 1 day later hahaha. Just not professional if is start from tomorrow give it from tomorrow not today. Logical!!! When I ask the lady in the store how come? She say because today we still busy making price tags... So they not ready yet but start selling
