En de prijs / kwaliteit verhouding is zeer acceptabel. Kortom: Een echte aanrader. ☺ Nice store with a varied collection of different brands. The sales people are helpful, professional and sociable. And the price / quality ratio is very acceptable. In short: Highly recommended. ☺

De eigenaresse vroeg me of ik wel zeker wist of ik dat topje wou, want zei ze, ik kwam daar zo vaak van alles passen en kocht nooit iets! Ik zei haar dat ik daar écht niet vaak kwam, dat ik wel vaker daar iets gekocht had en dat men in een winkel toch moet kunnen kijken en passen! Ook dat het niet kon om zo tegen klanten te praten. Zij vond dat ze in haar gelijk stond en dat ook de andere verkoopsters dit zo zeiden. Dus lekker roddelen! Ik zei haar dat ik, en waarschijnlijk ook anderen, daar nooit meer zouden komen. Dit was volgens haar niet erg. Écht het toppunt van klantonvriendelijkheid!! Het topje heb ik gekocht maar ik had het, zoals bekenden van mij zeiden, over de toonbank moeten smijten! I asked to fit a top that was only on a doll. The owner asked me if I knew for sure if I wanted that top, because she said, I came here so often everything fit and never bought anything! I told her that I really did not go there often, that I had bought something there more often and that people should be able to look and fit in a store! Also that it was not possible to talk to customers like that. She thought she was right and that the other saleswomen said so too. So enjoy gossiping! I told her that I, and probably others too, would never go there again. This was not bad, she says. Really the pinnacle of customer unfriendliness !! I bought the tip but I should have thrown it over the counter, as my friends said!
