Hetzelfde geldt voor het halen en brengen. Plus lange tijden voor keuren (soms echt weken)of nieuw iets aanvragen.
 I personally do not really like the annual inspection of tools so I start with a low score while they may not be able to do anything about it
The same applies to pick-up and drop-off. Plus long times to inspect (sometimes really weeks) or to request something new.
