★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We offer Yoga Retreats in our little Bed & Breakfast and started to work with BookYogaRetreats. Unfortunately they didn't bring us any customers. One client had tried to book with them but her card wasn't accepted. As the customer had in parallel reached out to the Yoga instructor directly she ended up booking with her. Unfazed by this, BookYogaRetreat demanded the full commission for this customer which they failed to serve.
To our amusement the employee from Tripaneer's (BookYogaRetreat's legal entity) Financial Department produced some makeshift T&Cs, that - by his own admission - had nothing in common with the Legal T&Cs we accepted upon signing up to the platform and claimed he was due a finder's fee all the same.
Clearly we could not accept this bait & switch attempt to bully us into paying an unduly commission. Consequently Tripaneer canceled our account. The case is now being brought to the local District court of Amsterdam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent safari booking platform that has brought in a good amount of business for us. The support staff are fantastic and very helpful. They are constantly improving the system based on feedback from tour operators like ourselves - and it is great to see suggestions made being incorporated into the system which make using it easier and more intuitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been working with Bookyogaretreats for 1.5 years now and feel very fortunate to have this relationship. The entire team is very helpful, kind and supportive. A big thanks to the content managers, Ayah, our account manager and the top management.
We can recommend this platform to anyone who is looking for quality clients, easy commuciation and 24/7 support.
The only issue that needs to be improved:
reviews older than 6 months should be deleted so that the client gets a more realistic and accurate idea /view.
We also recommend to remove reviews by clients that didn't fully attend a course or violated against the retreats terms and conditions.
We are sure Tripaneer/Bookyogaretreats is working on this and will improve this in future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be aware that Yoga Retreats ( Tripaneer is the Umbrella company) has only the interest in promoting the yoga retreats and not in the safety or experience of the customer.
I had to leave a yoga retreat booked in Malaga because it was fraudulent and unsafe. The Yoga Retreats does not help in any legal way and has no desire to get the money back. This shows that Yoga retreat do not vet the retreats and you are potentially putting yourself in a dangerous situation in a foreign country. PLEASE reconsider booking

They have the best functioning platform that makes getting booking simple and the staff is very helpful getting any problems sorted.
I would recommend this platform to anyone offering tourist services.

But as of 2021 - I do not recommend.
Per another prior review that I'm just quoting -- you can scroll down to read:
