★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je als klant van de Praxis wordt doorverwezen staan er zeer onvriendelijke medewerkers je te woord, wordt je afgesnauwd en laten ze je niet uitpraten. Daarnaast leggen ze het probleem direct weer bij jou, met als excuus dat hun alles met de hand juist afstellen en hun dus geen fouten hebben gemaakt. Dat bleek mooi anders te zijn toen er van de Praxis 2 medewerkers langs kwamen en zelf ook tegen dezelfde problemen aan liepen. Kortom het was niet onze schuld.
Als je als leverancier een commercieel product verkoopt zou ik persoonlijk als ik jullie was ook investeren in klantvriendelijkheid.
 If you as a client of the Praxis is referred we have your word very unfriendly staff, you will be snubbed and not let them work this out you. In addition, they immediately put the problem back to you, with the excuse that they adjust everything correctly by hand and that they have not made any mistakes. That turned out to be nicely different when two of the Praxis employees came by and ran into the same problems themselves. Overall it was not our fault.
If you as a supplier sells a commercial product I would personally if I were you invest in customer service.
