★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze organisatie was een verademing. Als je een probleem had en je belde, kreeg je zonder keuzemenu een medewerker aan de lijn die 't oploste. Helaas zijn ze, tot mijn grote verdriet, overgestapt naar een systeem waarbij je je eigen service mag regelen, via een portal.
This organization was a breath of fresh air. If you had a problem and you called, you got an employee on the line without a menu to solve it. Unfortunately, to my great chagrin, they have switched to a system where you can arrange your own service, via a portal.
