Ik snap dat als je met een andere klant bezig bent je niet meteen naar ons toe kan rennen, maar had in dat kwartier wel verwacht dat er even een hallo of kan ik u even kort helpen. We werden compleet genegeerd terwijl ze wel gewoon tussendoor de telefoon op pakte. Waardeloos! Daarna zijn we na de concurrent van d reizen gelopen en daar ook geen vakantie van Tui geboekt. Gemiste kans voor Tui door eigen personeel op 14-6-2019. We have been in the store for 15 minutes. Not even hello when we came in. I understand that if you are working with another customer you cannot immediately run to us, but I did expect a hello in that quarter of an hour or I can help you briefly. We were completely ignored while she picked up the phone in between. Worthless! After that we walked after the competitor of d travels and also did not book a holiday from Tui. Wij geven aan in het begin van de middag gebeld te hebben dat wij langs komen. Tsja, dan hadden we er maar om 5 uur moeten zijn. Als we aangeven dat wij normaal zelf tot 5 uur werken en nu eerder zijn gestopt, krijg je als antwoord 'maar ik moet tot 6 uur'. Als je hulp wil kun je beter de support desk bellen , is de geboden oplossing Die zijn tot 23.00u bereikbaar. Zeer onprettig!! Gewoon het echt regelen van jouw vakantie. Is het daar duurder dan op internet, nou nee. Prijzen zijn gelijk. En soms zoals bij ons regelen ze wat extra. En daarom ga je naar Tui Elst of Bemmel. M	Marian De Wijs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Om 13.00 uur een afspraak, om 14.00 geholpen ivm dat de afspraak niet door gekomen was, computer vastgelopen, een uur buiten staan wachten! Personeel geïrriteerd, was niet hun schuld, kortaf naar ons toe, draaide later wel weer bij gelukkig en is alles netjes geregeld en geboekt. At 13.00 an appointment, at 14.00 helped because the appointment had not come through, computer jammed, waiting outside for an hour!
