However, we were left alone when problems arose (the trip could not be started due to missing documents, which we were not informed about in advance by the travel agency, despite our active request, and we had to pay for new flight tickets)! There was no concession or compensation. We were only referred to the hotline. We cannot see the added value of booking with a travel agency and would never want to book anything there again!!!Absolutely disappointing service! Die Beratung und die Buchung verlief sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jedoch wurden wir bei auftretenden Problemen (Reise konnte aufgrund fehlender Dokumente, worüber wir nicht vom Reisebüro im Voraus informiert worden, trotz aktiver Nachfrage von uns, nicht angetreten werden, neue Flugtickets mussten wir bezahlen)allein gelassen! Es gab kein Entgegenkommen oder keine Wiedergutmachung. Lediglich wurden wir auf die Hotline verwiesen. Den Mehrwehrt bei der Buchung eines Reisebüros können wir nicht erkennen und möchten dort auch nie wieder etwas buchen!!Absolut enttäuschender Service! m	morgana billiet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onvriendelijk! Keken je aan alsof je iets kwam vragen dat niet raar was. We wouden gewoon uitleg over een hotel. We werden 3 keer van verschillend bureau geroepen. Toen we zeiden dat we nog niet wouden reserven zei ze oké kom dan maar gewoon hier staan aan het bord. Bij de uitleg wist ze zelf niet over wat ze sprak ze gaf geen uitleg wij moesten het zeggen en toen zei ze gewoon ja ik vermoed dat het dat zal zijn. We zijn niets geholpen ermee. Very unfriendly! Looked at you like you came to ask for something that wasn't weird. We just wanted an explanation about a hotel. We were called 3 times from different agency. When we said we didn't want to make a reservation yet, she said ok, just come here at the board. When explaining she herself did not know about what she was talking about, she did not give an explanation, we had to say it and then she just said yes I suspect that it will be. It doesn't help us at all.
