Mijn ervaring is dat mogelijkheden in vergelijk met internet matig zijn en prijstechnisch veelal niet gelijkwaardig. Since the advent of the internet, the old 'travel agencies' have gradually disappeared. As a result, the added value of a physical travel shop, at least for me, is limited. My experience is that options compared to the internet are moderate and often not equivalent in terms of price.
