I contacted the customer service team about 2 different occasions when a cashier and a shop floor worker were rude and unfriendly towards me and my family - and they couldn't be bothered to respond. (Hence this negative review).
For a store of this size, the range is average. You need to be careful that you pick up a healthy plant because there are many bad ones of the shelf. Prices are high compared to other garden centers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is like paradise for plant lovers and also people who love the atmosphere that an IKEA store would give. It's like the best if both worlds, you have an IKEA kind of layout and so it's like you are on an adventure looking for things you didn't know you needed but the things being stuff related to gardening. All in all I would highly recommend this place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful garden centre in Wageningen with a cozy cafe -- a plant lovers' paradise. We got a beautiful Christmas tree here, and delivered to our doorstep. Maarten patiently set it all up in a sturdy stand, and even helped us choose plants for our balcony. An oasis!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The plant store sells plants, pots, plants foods and some other plant-related supplies. I went here by bus and it's still comfortable as the entrance is not really far from the bus shelter. If you come by car, the park lots are big enough for many cars.
