F	FVMDAK VENKER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect tuincentrum. Ruime keuze; schitterend (Italiaans) glaswerk, gunstige prijsstelling. Vakbekwaam en vriendelijk personeel met no nonsens mentaliteit. Voor klant is duidelijk te merken dat arbeidsethos en klantvriendelijkheid "met-de-paplepel" is ingegoten. Wij rijden er graag voor om. M.vr.gr., Tevreden klanten uit de Randstad. Perfect garden center. Plenty of choice; beautiful (Italian) glassware, favorable pricing. Competent and friendly staff with no nonsense mentality. It is clear to the customer that the work ethic and customer-friendliness have been poured "with the spoon". We are happy to drive for it. Mrs.gr., Satisfied customers from the Randstad.

W	Wout Kist on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schofterig behandeld door dit bedrijf. Bloemen werden in verband met sterfgeval in de eerste lijn bij ons bezorgd. In de middag en in de namiddag kwamen zij bezorgen. Wij waren thuis tot 14.40 uur .Daarna waren wij niet thuis ivm bezoek aan de begrafenis onderneming. Een kaartje werd achtergelaten met verzoek afspraak te maken. Men was niet genegen om de bloemen alsnog te brengen. De bloemen moesten wij maar ophalen, dat tijdens de begrafenisdrukte en wij wonen niet in de buurt. Ook al hadden wij dit uitgelegd, men gaf geen enkel gehoor aan ons verzoek en hield geen enkele rekening met de "rouw-roes" waar wij in verkeerden. Volgens de eigenares van dit bedrijf werd het te duur de chauffeur weer langs te sturen! Vrienden van ons hadden de bloemen bezorging aangevraagd via "Euroflorist". Deze had de opdracht gegeven aan Tuincentrum Dianthus is Tiel. Wij hebben uiteindelijk telefonisch een klacht ingediend bij Euroflorist. Die hebben het dezelfde dag nog keurig opgelost door de bloemen alsnog te laten bezorgen via een andere bloemisterij in Kesteren. Tuincentrum Dianthus was namelijk nog steeds niet genegen aan haar plicht te voldoen en de bloemen alsnog te bezorgen.. GEEN BLOEMEN BESTELLEN VOOR BEZORGING bij Tuincentrum Dianthus in Tiel is mijn advies!! Treated bastily by this company. Flowers were delivered to us in connection with the first-line death. They arrived in the afternoon and in the afternoon. We were home until 2.40 p.m. Afterwards we were not home due to a visit to the funeral company. A ticket was left with a request to make an appointment. They were not inclined to still bring the flowers. We had to pick up the flowers, that during the funeral bustle and we do not live in the neighborhood. Even though we had explained this, they did not respond to our request and did not take any account of the "mourning rush" we were in. According to the owner of this company, it became too expensive to send the driver again! Friends of ours had requested the flower delivery via "Euroflorist". He had given the order to Tuincentrum Dianthus is Tiel. We finally filed a complaint with Euroflorist by telephone. They solved it nicely the same day by having the flowers delivered via another florist in Kesteren. Dianthus garden center was still not willing to fulfill its duty and still deliver the flowers .. NO ORDERING FLOWERS FOR DELIVERY at Tuincentrum Dianthus in Tiel is my advice !!

Fijne bediening door de vakmensen van dit bedrijf. Van harte aanbevolen. Bought a lot of pottery and summer goods here last summer. Top quality. Now in November there are still summer flowers blooming. especially the geraniums are doing wonderfully. Excellent service by the professionals of this company. Highly recommended.

Een grote bos bloemen gekocht voor ongeveer €30 en de meeste bloemen waren na 5 dagen al lelijk, dat vind ik echt slechte kwaliteit bloemen. Ik kom hier niet meer terug. The outdoor plants were not covered, everything had rained down completely, not very attractive to buy something. Argument was that this would also happen at home... Bought a large bunch of flowers for about €30 and most of the flowers were already ugly after 5 days, I think that is really bad quality flowers. I'm not coming back here.
