M	Mary Sarkisyan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it is a joke. No wait a minute, it is a very bad joke. The plants are smaller than what they advertise online and the quality isn't great. Half of the leaves were dead, moss was growing all over a tree pot, a tree that should have been kept under the sun but was obviously kept in a shady location so the moss took all over.

I will contact consumer protection and make sure that this company will no longer offer products in the Netherlands
C	C Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY from this supplier. Absolutely terrible customer service. We bought apple trees and some strawberries from them. The strawberries did not survive. The apple tree was the wrong variety when it gave apples. The apple tree was suppose to be a Baya Marisa; red on the inside, not the case. We contacted them and they expect us to wait another year and send more photos. Astonished at how bad their customer service is.

The arrival of the plants was in the box disorganized, and when I told them after one week the plants were doing to die - they told me to stop watering them - and when I emailed and told them It was obvious they were going to die they said it was not covered. I ordered 17 plants from them and 4 died in the first 2 weeks.

So far I am happy with plants a bit expensive though considering the size are small and aware on it. They packed the plants very well and the shipment is good. I hope the plants will survive too. I will post the plants in YouTube as soon as I have their pots. I paid 67,70 euros for 8 plants, fertilizer and delivery cost. Thanks, Tuinflora! I hope you will offer a promo next time for smaller plants.

I got very much fascinated with the variety, delivery cost,growth guarantee options. The good part is faster and low cost shipping. The delivery was timely. The pictures are misleading. There should be plant level reviews on website. Even the website shows 4.8 rating . Unfortunately , I checked Google reviews after placing order of 70 eur. We ordered around 10 plants , got only 2 with good quality. All plants are so loosely potted and I have no hope plants are going to survive except for one or two

I contacted customer service and they were not helpful at all. They refused to take the plants back and they would not issue a refund. This company is a complete rip-off. Never buy from them.
N	Nicole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought 2 bushes for 20 euros each and they each have less than 10 leaves. It's the biggest rip-off. I have never ordered plants online before but see so many plant delivery trucks everyday so I figured it's something Dutch people do. I will NEVER order plants from this company and because of them I will never order plants online again. It's much better to go to an actual plant store. I would have never paid 20 euros for a branch and 10 leaves in a store! The pictures online are very different from what you get.
