★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestel al jaren mijn hoezen voor parasol bbq en tuinbanken hier. Veel keuze en snelle verzending. Onlangs waren er 2 hoezen gescheurd. Kan natuurlijk ook voorkomen maar kreeg zonder problemen kosteloos nieuwe opgestuurd! Met zo een service bestel ik volgende keer weer.
 Have been ordering my covers for parasol bbq and garden benches here for years. Lots of choice and fast shipping. Recently 2 covers were torn. Can of course also occur, but got a new one sent free of charge without any problems! With such a service I will order again next time.

Helaas kreeg 1 een scheur doordat er teveel water op was blijven staan en bij het liften om het water eruit te krijgen ontstond deze. Aangegeven bij tuinmeubelhoesshop wat er was gebeurd. Kreeg prompt een vervangend artikel toegestuurd.
Echt hele nette service. Had ik niet verwacht of gehoeven van mij. Was alleen om aan te geven dat het artikel misschien een zwakke plek bezat ter verbetering voor de fabrikant. Maar nogmaals bedankt voor de snelle nette service en het ter woord staan. Top.

Bought two beautiful Raffles garden furniture covers last year. Unfortunately 1 got a crack because too much water had remained on it and when lifting to get the water out, this arose. Indicated at garden furniture cover shop what had happened. Received a replacement item promptly.
Really neat service. I didn't expect or need from me. Was only to indicate that the item might have a flaw for improvement for the manufacturer. But thanks again for the fast, neat service and the answer. Top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldige service. Mooie hoezen, mooie kleur ook. Na 1,5 jaar zat er een scheur in onze hoes. Dit aangegeven bij Nico en mocht gelijk een foto opsturen. Zo gezegd zo gedaan. Er werden gelijk twee nieuwe hoezen opgestuurd die ik de volgende middag al ontvangen heb. Wij raden dit bedrijf zeer zeker aan.
Great service. Nice covers, nice color too. After 1.5 years there was a tear in our cover. This indicated to Nico and was immediately allowed to send a photo. No sooner said than done. Two new covers were immediately sent, which I received the next afternoon. We highly recommend this company.
