It was my first ever attempt with that meal (it is not a simple one) and it proved to be delicious, and I got all thumbs up in the family. I cooked it regularly since then and always got very good results. What strikes me with her style, different from recipes on other sites, is that Hale made the recipe flexible to your taste. She suggested alternative routes so that you can customize the meal. This was a very positive sign for me. At the time, she was on her maternity leave so we couldn't order from her. But, we were looking forward to her start and checking her instagram account regularly. Despite that, we missed the first meze order because it was sold out so fast. So, we realized that she had fans and we should act faster for the next meze orders :) For the next ones, we could make our order and have always been very satisfied with taste, portion, and attention. We also regularly ordered meals from Hale and have always been happy about those. She has many recipes in her repertoire, and is helpful to suggest something convenient and new to your taste. So, highly recommended!

The quality of her food, portions, her warmth and care for her customers is almost more than perfect. Her mezes are to die for and her soups are the best, that's why once you try her food there is no going back.

The food portions were incredible and served in biodegradable packages. What surprised us the most more than the quality of food and the service, she attached a lovely card wishing us a happy new year! If you are looking for authentic Turkish food and to experience Turkish generosity, I highly recommend the “Turkish Tale”.

Keep your eyes peeled for her weekly pick-up menus and make sure to react fast as it can be sold out pretty quick! ? But don’t be sad if you miss it, because she can also whip up something for you upon request!??‍♀️ I recently had an occasion where I asked Hale to make a few of my favorite items for a gathering I was hosting. She warned me that a lot of the things I had chosen had the same ingredients and same flavor profile so she was able to help guide me and recommended switching up the dishes that compliment each other more. She was also very accommodating in terms of allergies and dietary requirements.??And on top of alllll that, she even baked me a bonus dessert (Revani) as compliments - which was the best I ever had!? Everyone was so happy with the food that there were multiple requests to take the left overs home! Thank you Turkish Tale! We ❤️ you!
