Vervolgens vraag je of je die mag zien, wilt de garage geen moeite doen voor een geinteresseerde klant en zegt dat je maar 'even' langs moet komen. Dus ik moet 160km reizen om te kijken of de auto NAP heeft. Er wordt enorm asociaal gereageerd via marktplaats en je krijgt geen duidelijk antwoord. Service staat voorop en dat is bij deze garage héél ver te zoeken. Een echte afrader! If you ask via marketplace whether the car has NAP, it is said that the car has it. Then you ask if you can see it, the garage does not want to make an effort for an interested customer and says that you just have to come by. So I have to travel 160km to see if the car has NAP. There is enormous anti-social response via marketplace and you do not get a clear answer. Service comes first and that is very far away at this garage. A real must-have!
k	kees schrauwen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nog nooit zo'n eerlijke en menselijke verkoper ontmoet zoals bij TVM Breda/Chaam, echt een grote uitzondering op de regel, wat een sociale, klantvriendelijk en goeie verkoper was dit zeg. Hij is een uitzonderlijk voorbeeld voor alle autoverkopers in deze branche. Toppie hoor Never met such an honest and human salesman as at TVM Breda / Chaam, really a big exception to the rule, what a social, customer-friendly and good salesman this was. He is an exceptional example to all car salesmen in this industry. Top notch

Kwamen er thuis achter dat de accu overleden was en de ruitenwissers kapot. Dit zelf vervangen en ze hebben dit supersnel vergoed. Zou er zo weer een auto kopen. Bedankt voor de mooie opel Adam en de gezelligheid. Specially opened for us on 2th pinster day. Bought a nice car and got a fair trade-in price. Found out at home that the battery had died and the windshield wipers were broken. Replaced it myself and they reimbursed it super fast. Would buy a car there again. Thanks for the beautiful Opel Adam and the fun.

Dit bleek niet waar te zijn. Alsnog contact opgenomen met de dealer, maar die geeft niet thuis, zowel telefonisch als via de mail. De aankoop heeft alleen maar voor problemen gezorgd en de RDW kan niets voor ons betekenen. €9000, - weg gegooid geld. Klote TVM in Chaam, koop daar nooit je auto.
