Er bleek een enorm gat in de neus te zitten wat niet zichtbaar was op de website. Ik stuurde ze terug, hun namen het in ontvangst. Nu willen ze dat ik het betaal en willen ze me opnieuw zo'n fop maskers opsturen waar je dus niks aan heb en er zit ook al gelijk een incassobureau boven op. Valt niet mee te onderhandelen. Weg blijven dus! Bedankt voor de reactie maar we hebben hier al heel lang over een discussie! Ik heb alles goed gelezen en Screenshots van gemaakt en nergens was er ook maar iets terug te vinden dat het ging over een mondmasker met een gat. Ook nergens terug te vinden dat het niet geretourneerd mocht worden i.v.m. corona! Dit was pas duidelijk na mijn retourzending. Op jullie website staat er ook niks van op. Ook niet in de algemene voorwaarden die ik helemaal uti heb geplozen. Maar ik hoop eigelijk door middel van deze review dat we misschien toch nog tot een oplossing kunnen komen zodat ik deze review daar kan veranderen in iets positiefs. I advise against this company! They sell mouth masks that are supposedly safe from the corona virus which is not. There appeared to be a huge hole in the nose which was not visible on the website. I sent them back, they took it. Now they want me to pay for it and they want to send me again such fop masks that are of no use to you and there is also a collection agency on top of it. Is not easy to negotiate. So stay away! Thanks for the response but we've been discussing this for a long time! I read everything carefully and made screenshots and nowhere was there anything to be found that it was about a mouth mask with a hole. Also nowhere to be found that it could not be returned because of corona! This was only clear after my return shipment. There is also nothing on your website. Not even in the general terms and conditions that I have completely dissected. But I actually hope through this review that we may still be able to come to a solution so that I can change this review into something positive there.
M	Melvin Blok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een slechte bedrijf is dit ik heb nog niet zo lang geleden een jas gekocht van 69€ binnen een week is ie gaan scheuren. Heb al vier keer bol.com gebelt en die hebben gedaan wat ze konden. Nu terug op m'n punt het bedrijf zelf waar de jas vandaan komt zegt dat ze het niet accepteren in de staat zoals die is( gescheurd dus) en dat ze het opnieuw naar me terug sturen. Dus kort gezegt je geld terug krijgen bij dit bedrijf is heel moeilijk. Meester Frank Visser kan ik beter inschakelen als ik m'n geld niet krijg. What a bad company this is. Not so long ago I bought a jacket for 69 € within a week it started to rip. Have already called bol.com four times and they did what they could. Now back to my point the company where the jacket comes from says they don't accept it in the state as it is (torn) and they send it back to me again. So in short getting your money back from this company is very difficult. I better call in Master Frank Visser if I don't get my money.
