★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dure (zijde) avond jurk gebracht om in te laten nemen. Ze hebben dit ronduit slordig gedaan en onsymmetrisch. Waardoor de ene kant van de jurk nu anders is dan de ander.
Toen ik hierover in gesprek wilde gaan vroeg mevrouw mij of ik misschien een foto had van hoe mijn jurk er uitzag voor dat ik hem weg bracht. “Want ik zou me wel vergist hebben. De jurk was volgens haar sowiso niet symmetrisch.” Terwijl links en rechts indentiteit waren voor ik hem weg bracht.
Ze hadden aan de ene kant meer plooien hadden terug gestikt dan de andere kant. En bij de heupen hadden ze de plooien helemaal niet meer terug gestikt. Terwijl we tijdens het afspelden daar nog over gesproken hadden. Ze gaf aan dat de jurk meer werk zou kosten door die plooien.
En in het laatste gesprek zei ze doodleuk dat plooien wel of niet stikken geen extra werk kostte.
Ze wilde niet mee denken of herstellen.
Het vermaken was ook veel duurder dan dat ze op hun prijzenlijst aangeven. En dus zeker het geld niet waard!
Expensive (silk) evening dress brought to be taken in. They did this downright sloppy and unsymmetrical. Making one side of the dress different from the other.
When I wanted to talk about this, Ms. asked me if I had a picture of what my dress looked like before I took it away. “Because I would have been mistaken. According to her, the dress was not symmetrical anyway. ” While left and right were identity before I took him away.
They had more pleats on one side than the other side. And at the hips they hadn't stitched back the pleats at all. While we had talked about that during playback. She said the dress would take more work because of those folds.
And in the last conversation she said casually that pleating whether or not stitching didn't take extra work.
She did not want to help think or recover.
The entertainment was also much more expensive than they indicate on their price list. And certainly not worth the money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. After reading quite a few good reviews, I decided to have my coat cleaned at Twins. Today, however, I picked up my coat to realize it has been damaged. According to the lady the coat wasn't pressed right, but after trying to fix it two times there are still lines visible in the coat (it looks like it has been cleaned to hot). As if that wasn't disappointing enough, she also mentioned that she didn't have time to fix it. I told her I was willing to pick up the coat later, but that also wasn't an option. I'm very annoyed that I payed to have my coat become unwearable.
