OVER TWINSZ

Wij, Kyara en Yanick Beekman, zijn een tweeling, vandaar de naam Twinsz. Wij wonen sinds ons achtste jaar in Berkel-Enschot. In 2020 kregen we de kans om in een prachtig pand in het nieuwe winkelcentrum Koningsoord iets te gaan beginnen. De enige voorwaarde hierbij was, dat het een toegevoegde waarde voor het dorp zou hebben.

En wat misten wij nu in Berkel-Enschot en Udenhout? Juist ja, een ambachtelijke ijssalon. Een salon waar je kunt zien dat het ijs zelf gemaakt wordt, maar wat ook een gezellige plek is om te zitten met een heerlijke koffie, verse thee of jus d’orange vergezeld met een heerlijk gebakje, een donut, een vers gebakken Brusselse wafel of natuurlijk een heerlijke ijscoupe, en vanaf 2021 ook het adres voor een heerlijke lunch.

Dit is waar we bij Twinsz voor staan; de combinatie van gezelligheid en kwaliteit, en van ieder bezoek een feestje maken. We zullen steeds op zoek gaan naar nieuwe smaken ijs en ons assortiment aanpassen aan de seizoenen. Onze doelstelling is dan ook: 100% tevreden gasten in ons prachtige dorp.

Cozy location with friendly staff and above all a lot of goodies including ice cream, types of coffee, macarons, cannoli. Highly recommended.
a	andre mailand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De cappuccino is prima en ipv een standaard koekje in folie een mini ijshoorntje erbij, chapeau!! Toch gingen we hier weg zonder fijn gevoel, waarom??? Koffie wordt gemaakt van koffiebonen! Thee wordt gemaakt van bladeren van de theeplant! Munt thee kost €2,80. Wat krijg je dan, heet water en munt....... geinfuseerd water dus met munt, geen thee!! Maar als je een theezakje erbij vraagt om er munt thee van te maken moet je ineens bijbetalen en kost je munt thee €3,20. Nog nooit gezien en meegemaakt behalve hier. Wat zou je krijgen als ze hier zelfgemaakte ijsthee zouden verkopen?? Koud water met ijsblokjes, takje munt en schijfje citroen? Verder 3 keer thee besteld, de eerste keer in een cappuccino kopje, de 2e keer in een latte macchiato glas en de 3e keer in een theeglas. Drie keer verschillende hoeveelheden wel steeds voor dezelfde prijs. Verder geef langere lepels erbij, deze zijn een stuk kleiner dan het glas zelf, even nadenken.... The cappuccino is fine and instead of a standard cookie in foil, a mini ice cream cone is added, chapeau !! Still we left here without a good feeling, why ??? Coffee is made from coffee beans! Tea is made from the leaves of the tea plant! Mint tea costs € 2.80. What do you get, hot water and mint ....... infused water with mint, no tea !! But if you ask for a tea bag to make mint tea, you suddenly have to pay extra and your mint tea costs € 3.20. Never seen and experienced except here. What would you get if they sold homemade iced tea here? Cold water with ice cubes, a sprig of mint and a slice of lemon? Furthermore, ordered tea 3 times, the first time in a cappuccino cup, the 2nd time in a latte macchiato glass and the 3rd time in a tea glass. Three times different quantities, always for the same price. Furthermore, add longer spoons, these are a lot smaller than the glass itself, think ...

Dus geen mondkapje bij maar besteld en op gegeten was goed, daarna ijs willen bestellen voor thuis toen moesten we verplicht een mondkapje kopen want een T-shirt voor de mond en neus mocht niet. Erg slecht, een T-shirt is net zo goed als een mondkapje. Went for a walk with the dogs and still decided to eat an ice cream. So no mouth cap but ordered and eaten was good, then wanted to order ice cream for home then we had to buy a mouth cap because a T-shirt for the mouth and nose was not allowed. Very bad, a T-shirt is just as good as a mouth cap.

In het zonnetje buiten op het terras of binnen in het restaurant. Top!!! Wonderfully beautiful ice cream shop. In a prominent place in the new shopping center of Berkel-Enschot. Enjoy delicious artisanal ice cream. In the sun outside on the terrace or inside the restaurant. Top!!!
R	Rudi van den Bogaert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De ijssalon oogt heel strak en netjes, mooie producten sieren de vitrine/etalage, de opzet qua zitruimte is prima, met leuke eyecatchers aan de wanden. De entree is wat vaag, kom je van de parking dan loop je zo binnen, vanaf de andere zijde wordt je gevraagd te wachten. De koffie is dik in orde, maar de hygiëne laat nogal wat te wensen over. Met één geel doekje alle tafels poetsen zonder spoelemmer en ook het continu haren corrigeren tijdens het ijsscheppen baart me zorgen. The ice cream parlor looks very sleek and neat, beautiful products adorn the display case/display window, the layout in terms of seating is fine, with nice eye-catchers on the walls. The entrance is a bit vague, if you come from the parking you can walk in straight away, from the other side you are asked to wait. The coffee is fine, but the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. Cleaning all tables with one yellow cloth without a rinsing bucket and also continuously correcting hair while scooping ice cream worries me.

Super tasty, homemade artisan ice cream! The cannolis and macarons are really good. Also great place for a cup of coffee with a fresh waffle.

I	Israel Roldan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best ice cream parlour in Noord-Brabant. Not only the flavours are on a completely different level than the most well-known stores in the area but the atmosphere and variety are a real game-changer. Deserves a special trip!
