Na bel en mailcontact direct opgepakt en dag erna in huis. Dit hebben ze netjes opgepakt en afgehandeld. Mobile website not up to date in terms of delivery time, they could not fulfill this promise. It came in too late for me. Picked up immediately after phone and email contact and delivered the day after. They took care of this and handled it well.

De drukte bij post nl ligt het niet aan, want andere pakketten ontvang ik wel op tijd. Producten zullen vast zijn zoals beschreven maar voor de snelle levering moet je absoluut niet hier zijn! Maken hun beloftes op de site niet waar helaas… Specially ordered here because of the fast delivery time. Products not yet arrived, expected to arrive on Saturday while it was already ordered on Tuesday. It's not because of the crowds at Post nl, because I do receive other packages on time. Products will be fixed as described but for the fast delivery you should definitely not be here! Do not fulfill their promises on the site unfortunately…

We bestaan al meer dan 10 jaar en dagelijks worden er meer dan 100 bestellingen verzonden. Gelukkig zijn er heel veel tevreden klanten en in zoals elk bedrijf gaan er dingen misschien anders als het zou moeten lopen, we doen dagelijks ons uiterste best om alle bestellingen te verwerken en de klanten netjes te voorzien van alle antwoorden, ook onze leveranciers doen hun uiterste best om alles op tijd te leveren al gaat het in deze tijd allemaal iets lastiger. Onacceptabel aangezien ik de terugzending van 7,50 plus een doos en bubbel plastic gekocht heb voor meer dan 10 euro. Als ik day geweten had, was het doorverkopen via marktplaats beter geweest. Dit vindt ik echt een slechte zet. Dus nee ik bestel nooit meer iets en raad het niet aan. I returned part of the order in perfect condition but did not get a full refund of the material because they deducted shipping costs from the first order. Unacceptable as I bought the return of 7.50 plus a box and bubble plastic for more than 10 euros. If I had known day, reselling via marktplaats would have been better. Hij heeft advies gegeven en zou de week later langskomen om te testen in een hoekje. We hebben niks meer van hem gehoord. Ik heb nog een mail gestuurd maar ook hier niks meer op gehoord. Jammer van deze service want wij wilde graag onze vloer laten behandelen door dit bedrijf. We want to have our wooden floor treated so we called in this company. Owner came to look at our wooden floor. He gave advice and was due to come by the following week to test in a corner. We haven't heard from him again. I've sent another email but haven't heard anything back. Too bad about this service because we wanted to have our floor treated by this company.
