Aankoop: Op een zaterdag een offerte aangevraagd, deze zat maandagochtend in de mail, het bedrag meteen overgemaakt en woensdag stonden de machines geleverd in België. Top!
Machines: Wij hebben de apparaten aangeschaft voor het onderhoud van het eigen wagenpark, niet als bandenwinkel, dus weinig frequent gebruik. Er zijn nu reeds een 30-tal banden mee gemonteerd en gebalanceerd. De handleiding voor de installatie en montage van banden was prima geschikt voor iemand die geen ervaring heeft binnen deze sector. We kregen spontaan per mail een aantal video's met daarin de voornaamste uitleg. Prijs/kwaliteit zijn deze apparaten top.
Zeker aan te bevelen.

Purchase: A quote was requested on a Saturday, this was sent in the mail on Monday morning, the amount was transferred immediately and the machines were delivered in Belgium on Wednesday. Top!
Machines: We have purchased the equipment for the maintenance of our own fleet, not as a tire shop, so little frequent use. There are already around 30 tires fitted and balanced. The manual for installation and assembly of tires was perfect for someone who has no experience in this sector. We spontaneously received a number of videos by email with the most important explanation. Price / quality these devices are top.
I recommend it.

Une machine sur les 2 neuves qui étaient neuves, ne fonctionnait pas et après 3 mois nous avons reconduit la machine car leur technicien n'est jamais venu...
Quelques temps plus tard, nous avons voulu acheter des pièces pour la seconde machine. Après 3 mois et 3 rappels, nous n'avons jamais eu de réponses.
Ne commandez pas sur ce site, passez votre chemin...
Company without after sales service.
A machine on the 2 new ones which were new, did not work and after 3 months we renewed the machine because their technician never came ...
Some time later, we wanted to buy parts for the second machine. After 3 months and 3 reminders, we never had any answers.
Do not order on this site, go your way ...

maar veel erger, apparatuur voldoet niet aan ce keurmerk.
mijn autohefbrug werd direct afgekeurd bij keuring omdat deze kon KANTELEN!!! er was geen borging aanwezig, levensgevaarlijk. de keurmeester heeft het laten zien, je trekt hem zo omver....
You do not have to expect a smooth service and warranty, they are box sliders.
but much worse, equipment does not meet the CE mark.
my car lift bridge was immediately rejected at inspection because it could TIPPING !!! there was no guarantee, life-threatening. the judge has shown it, you can pull him over ...

Bij aankoop is de service goed geen probleem. Na een paar weken kom je er achter dat je een waardeloos product hebt gekocht. Mijn banden apparaat begon te roesten, lucht te lekken en rare piepgeluiden te maken.
Dit bedrijf neemt telkens direct de telefoon op waarna je word afgescheept met wij bellen je terug of wij gaan het regelen. Mij hebben ze NOOIT terug gebeld.
Op mails word niet gereageerd tenzij aangetekend met duidelijke eisen.
Maar uiteindelijk word er niets geregeld.
Helaas lees ik nu na dit gebeuren pas alle slechte recenties.
KOOP HIER NIET!!! Je zult er spijt van krijgen
BAD SERVICE NO WARRANTY.
When purchasing, the service is good no problem. After a few weeks you find out that you have bought a worthless product. My tire machine started to rust, leak air and make weird beeping noises.
This company immediately picks up the phone after which you are fobbed off with we call you back or we will arrange it. They NEVER called me back.
Emails will not be responded to unless registered with clear requirements.
But in the end nothing is settled.
Unfortunately I am only now reading all the bad reviews after this event.
DO NOT BUY HERE!!! You will regret it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wilde de aangeschafte slagmoersleutel ruilen. Hij weegt mmeer dan 18 Kg. Dar vonden we hier toch wel erg zwaar. Maar niets was mogelijk, verkocht is verkocht. Met deze ervaring kan ik U het bedrijf niet aanbevelen
Wanted to exchange the purchased impact wrench. It weighs more than 18 kg. We thought it was really tough here. But nothing was possible, sold is sold. With this experience I cannot recommend the company to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele slechte service. Komen afspraken niet na. Als er een probleem is met de gekochte onderdelen dan zijn ze niet thuis.
Alleen met leveren en als je betaald zijn ze thuis. Een ster is al teveel. In april een printplaat gekocht voor mijn balanceer apparaat gekocht, deze was defect. Nieuwe netjes thuis geleverd maar daar zat de functie niet op dat de laser de plek aanwijst waar je moet plakken. Ben al vanaf april bezig om dit te regelen ze zeggen dat ze je bellen maar dit gebeurt nooit. Egt slechte service!!
Very bad service. Don't keep appointments. If there is a problem with the purchased parts, they are not at home.
Only with delivery and if you pay they are at home. One star is already too many. Bought a printed circuit board for my balancing device in April, it was defective. New neatly delivered at home, but the function was not there that the laser points out the place where you have to stick. I've been trying to arrange this since April they say they will call you but this never happens. Really bad service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you are thinking of buying from this company please BEWARE they have no after sales and will NOT honner any warranty claims Mr SMIT does nothing but false promise , they are quick at taking your money , we bought a 4.5 tonne 2 post lift that was faulty fron the day it was fitted the electronic lock release never worked , reported to Mr Smit and after months of waiting we ended up ordering a new part from china all the hassel for a part at 14 dollars??? i will be leaving as much bad feed bad on the internet as i can as there trading policey is not good and we have reported this company to the relivent standards people
