Na 15 jaar over gestapt naar Robelco om de volgende redenen. -e mails worden nauwelijks beantwoord -slecht telefoon verkeer -doorschuifpolitiek -geen vast aanspreekpunt meer hebben -BTW terug gaaf gemist door laksheid
Switched to Robelco after 15 years for the following reasons. -emails are hardly answered -bad phone traffic -pass-through policy - no longer have a fixed point of contact -VAT back cool missed due to laxity

I had the most disappointing experience with Tysma. I reached out to them back in 2019 to file my tax returns, paid the invoice, and was waiting for the work to be done for over 6 months without sufficient information re:what was happening with my documents. When the returns have finally been submitted, I received a push back from the tax office saying that the wrong forms have been used. I emailed the company asking them to fix it, and kept receiving "someone will get in touch with you" as a response. As the tax office gave the deadline to the correction (and otherwise I could be fined), I had to reach out to a different company that re-submitted the documents in a good manner within the specified deadline. Tysma representative reached out to me 8 months (!) after my last email asking for urgent support as a result of their incompetence in the first place. Since I ended up paying twice and the service that they have provided was not of required quality, I was promised a refund in September 2020. Now (over 6 months later) I once again was ghosted by the company without fulfilling their promise. Both issues have been escalated to the managing director level, and nonetheless have not been paid any attention to. In the end: I had to pay for a different company to fix the mistakes that Tysma made in my (very straight forward) tax returns due to complete incompetence and inability to work with clients. 9 months later I was promised the refund, to only be ignored again. Management doesn't seem to care enough to make it right for their clients. Never again will I use Tysma services or recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to throw money and be continuous ignored before, during and in case something goes wrong. Worst service I have incurred in 4 years in the Netherlands.
