★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb TGZ nu 3x gemailed en 2x gebeld maar het is onmogelijk kontakt te krijgen, gelukkig was het alleen maar om inlichtingen en niet om een spoedgeval.TGZ? nee laat maar
I have now emailed TGZ 3x and called 2x but it is impossible to get in touch, luckily it was only for information and not an emergency. TGZ? no do not bother

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte Service, Als je met een klacht komt doen ze eerst alsof ze het willen oplossen en zodra je vraagt hoe ze dat van plan zijn zeggen ze hier later op terug te komen.
Vervolgens melden ze je dat je niet meer welkom bent in de praktijk met allerlij smoesjes terwijl je er kwam om iets op te lossen maar je hun blijkbaar niet op hun fouten mag wijzen. Hierna direct dreigen met als je nog een keer komt dat de politie gebeld word etc. Hele slechte zaak en kom hier dan ook nooit meer!

Heel relevant dat u deze reactie plaatst terwijl u dreiging dat bij betreden van de praktijk de politie word gebeld zwart op wit staat en u heel goed weet waar dit over gaat.
Bad Service, If you come with a complaint they first pretend they want to resolve it and as soon as you ask how they intend to do that they say they will come back to this later.
Then they tell you that you are no longer welcome in the practice with all kinds of excuses while you were there to solve something, but apparently you are not allowed to point out their mistakes. Immediately after this threaten if you come again that the police are called etc. Very bad thing and never come here again!

It is very relevant that you post this reaction while you threaten that the police will call you when you enter the practice and you know very well what this is about.

The dentist himself, Dr Faik, is very experienced and clammy, which makes me calm during the treatment. Thanks for the great assistance.
