★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at the U-Center has been nothing but phenomenal. I had an excellent and knowledgeable treatment team working towards a particular goal. They made my stay very comfortable and the atmosphere and the caring nature of the clients just made me felt very safe, and Breathing from the Heart is the funniest, entertaining and overall positive class in the program! Give me regards to Ryan. I got to connect with myself and felt empowered here! I am so grateful for the opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand everyone’s experience is their own but speaking for my own, I felt that these professionals will give you a great foundation for working deep within your self. It impossible to fix everything in such an intensive 7 weeks but they made me felt understood and heard. The location is perfect for an healing environment and the food is top notch. I like their holistic approach! Keep it up. I believe everyone could benefit from this treatment even if you don’t particularly suffer from a mental disorder. U-Center is a very healthy place to be and to find yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great in terms of food and accommodation. If you a want fours stars plus facility its the place to go. If you are looking for real therapy, avoid this place at all costs. The business model is geared towards marketing, accommodation , decorarations and fantastic food. that means that they cannot afford well-trained ans experienced therapists. They hire trainees learning trait, who are nor yet competent to do therapy.
