L	Lin Acc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever was I staying in a hotel that made me more depressed than this one. The whole hotel has no character and no charme. The ugliness of the architecture is unprecedented. The whole building should have been destructed, instead they chose to make a hotel out of it and make the ugliness (new objectivism) the concept. The interior design fits the concept very well. You cannot feel less at home. No reachable windows, plain ugly concrete at the ceiling, no decoration, depressing walls. Furthermore no wifi in our room.
A	Anne Heining on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used the meeting rooms several times and also the restaurant's lunch facilities. Kind and helpful staf and great airconditioned meeting rooms. The outside terrace is still a bit of a construction area in the summer of 2019. No experience with the hotel rooms so far, but the people I heard about the hotel were positive. Everything is perfectly new.

The general indoor temperature is a bit low (I know I sound ridiculous saying this) for my grandparents but in the room this is easily adjustable! In general clean with one or two not so clean things such as the washing basin in our room and hand drying station in the general bathroom. (On mentioning both were fixed within 10 minutes or less! So the review went from 4 to 5 as the food was also better than expected!) Good service, every employee seems extremely well trained!
R	Raju Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not reserve the "Panoramic Room", it's just the same as the standard ones, except maybe higher? Nothing was done when pointing it out. Feeling mislead. They said the pictures on Expedia were not correct, but that was not really my fault. There were also issues with the shower not draining + the old trash was not emptied upon arrival. Basic customer service would have helped in all of this, but it was not there. Still an OK place, so can't give 1 star.

The rooms are clean, cozy and spacy, the upper floors have an amazing view, the restaurant is elegant and we have a very good service, food is delicious and plating is nice, we'll be waiting for you!

However, the mattress was uncomfortably thin over the hard bed, and the wifi was unaccessible to me because it forces the connection through specific certificates, which happened to be not supported by my business devices. As for the restaurant it was definitely overrated, for dinner the portions were too small, served cold and had a strong bitter taste (at least the duck breast which I got), and the breakfast was even poorer, the scrambled eggs were cold and cucumber & tomatoes were the only veggies offered!
