★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uber closed for Uber eats? I am bouncing from this hub for 5th time unable to do a simple thing. Todays non-succesfull appointment done by uber app was an issue in the program. Uber does not pay out money if You crashed on the way and canceled drive. I was going for delivery when crashed and unable to walk, nobody pays a thing because cancelled drive is not the one to fill uber form- like You crashed but get to the end??? IMPOSSIBLE. Finally uber is only for very poor peple and only makes them more poor or dead on way.

There is no other way to get in contact with Customer Service then Twitter. So I did. After one response and a link to Uber Taxi to file my complaint they went silent.
An Uber Eats biker ran into my bike leaving me with a lot of damage. I am trying to get a hold of the company but can’t as they simply hide behind Twitter.
If you go to the website of Uber Greenlight they link you directly to the Help page of Uber. So that’s why the header says Uber Greenlight.
Of course this review has nothing to do with quality of food as they use Uber Eats to get it to your home. Nor has it got to do with the bikers who bring the food. It is simply that you cannot get in touch with Uber Eats to get help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrocious. We ordered food, they gave a receipt saying they had delivered to somewhere 4km from us and added a photo of different location and claimed that we didn't answer when they called. They did not call, nor did they knock on our door, but they refuse to give us our money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company. NEVER ORDER through Uber. Deduct money, cancel my order without letting me know and then tell me to go ask my bank about the money. It was 'Reserved'.
I was waiting for two hours with my party on the food. Then I called the restaurant, they had never had an order. Money was deducted by Uber from my account.
It's super hard to find their help contact anywhere and when I found it and told them, I got this not caring at all message that the order was canceled (why?!?!) and to contact the bank if I wanted my money back.
NEVER EVER AGAIN. Just order through the restaurants websites, big companies like this charge a LOT from the restaurants to be members.
