★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben nu zo'n 5x besteld en elke keer gaat het mis. Bestelling op het verkeerde adres, veel te veel geïncasseerd, ontbrekende producten, dubbele producten, in rekening gebracht statiegeld wat niet van toepassing is etc. Een klantenservice is er niet en afdeling Verkoop geeft niet thuis. Zojuist weer telefonisch contact gezocht, tevergeefs. Wij hopen het teveel geïncasseerde bedrag heel spoedig terug te ontvangen!
We have now ordered about 5x and every time it goes wrong. Order at the wrong address, way too much collected, missing products, duplicate products, a deposit that is not applicable, etc. There is no customer service and the Sales department is not at home. Just contacted by phone again, to no avail. We hope to receive back the excess amount collected very soon!
