★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een erg mooie gym met zowel de mogelijkheid voor cardio- als krachttraining. De nadruk ligt wel op het kracht gedeelte, maar er is genoeg variatie in apparatuur als losse gewichten. Undisputed heeft ook een erg betrokken team van specialisten. Het is mogelijk om zelfstandig te trainen, in groepen of met personal training. Er is expertise op het gebied van voeding, mindset en het bewegingsapparaat. Toen ik door ziekte moest revalideren kreeg ik ook regelmatig even een berichtje met de vraag hoe het ging en of ze wat voor mij konden betekenen. Erg betrokken, super fijn!
A very nice gym with both the possibility for cardio and strength training. The emphasis is on the power part, but there is enough variation in equipment such as free weights. Undisputed also has a very committed team of specialists. It is possible to train independently, in groups or with personal training. There is expertise in the field of nutrition, mindset and the musculoskeletal system. When I had to rehabilitate due to illness, I also regularly received a message asking how I was doing and whether they could help me. Very involved, super nice!
