★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een heerlijke auto hebben wij gereden. Het was allemaal top geregeld: de auto stond netjes klaar, helemaal schoon en shinend voor een lekker avontuurtje op de Nederlandse wegen ?
 What a wonderful car we have driven. It was all well organized: the car was neatly ready, completely clean and shining for a nice adventure on the Dutch roads ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superfijn concept! Binnen een paar klikken huur je een van de Tesla’s. Eenmaal binnen is het allemaal ook dik in orde. De auto rook heel fris en was erg schoon. De app werkt goed wat betreft openen en sluiten van de auto. Ook het afmelden ging prima en alles wijst zich eigenlijk vanzelf. Een aanrader! :)
Super nice concept! You can rent one of the Teslas in a few clicks. Once inside, it is all fine too. The car smelled very fresh and was very clean. The app works well in opening and closing the car. Unsubscribing also went fine and everything is actually self-explanatory. Recommended! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you arrive for the first time it is a bit nerve wrecking trying to:
A: get the rental started
B: Disconnect the charger
C: Drive.
None of it is too difficult but if you have no idea you need to look through the cars menu to disconnect the cable.... It would help to have a better instruction video. None of it is too difficult and I managed it all in under 15 minutes, but having no one from the company there did make me a bit anxious.
But then again, once everything works, the Tesla is AWESOME. Totally worth it in every respect. We have our own car and rented just to try a Tesla. I will probably do it again too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you live, work and socialize in a major city center like I do, owning a car doesn't make much sense. But for the occasional outbound trips UFODRIVE offers an easy and premium solution that's accessible 24/7. Especially the latter is unique and something regular car rental services do not offer. Also, the green part of this solution is an added bonus.
Back office support was very helpful on a week-long trip to Switzerland, with drop-off and pick-up services. I'm hoping they will extend their services by allowing the car to charge in different locations throughout the city as I don't live close to the charging bay. All in all, a pleasant experience and solution I intent to continue utilizing.
