Zo ontving ik bij mijn bestelling geen bevestiging, geen factuur en geen track-and-trace code. Toen ik hierover telefonisch contact zocht bleek dat het enige telefoonnummer niet werd beantwoord. Op het email contact formulier kreeg ik gelukkig wel een reactie. De bestelling was ook wel gewoon vlot en correct geleverd.
 Christofoor's products are special and inspiring. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. For example, with my order I received no confirmation, no invoice and no track-and-trace code. When I contacted them by phone, it turned out that the only telephone number was not answered. Fortunately, I did receive a response on the email contact form. The order was also delivered quickly and correctly.
