★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer hoge uitkijktoren in het veengebied tussen Groningen, Peize en Leek. Je kijkt bij helder weer tot aan Groningen en Assen. Flinke klim! Je kunt in de buurt parkeren, maar beter met de fiets komen.
 Very high watchtower in the peat area between Groningen, Peize and Leek. In clear weather you can see as far as Groningen and Assen. Big climb! You can park nearby, but better come by bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice nature park with a cool tower you can climb to. Nothing special but it is nice to spend an calm afternoon there. If you like watching birds you might take even more pleasure from the place.
PS: you can see the amazing groningen "skyline" from the tower ? hahaha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view but it lacks information. It could use some signs telling what you are seeing on the skyline a basic compass showing the 4 main points eg north south. Also some binoculars that are fixed on the top for better viewing
