β β β β β Volgende dag mocht ik al van start en de persoon van het uitzendbureau komt iedere dag een praatje met je maken hoe het gaat en werk in een leuk en gezellig team timing raad ik dus aan want bij andere uitzendbureau krijg je moeilijk een baan en bij timing gelijk raak hun kijken naar het punt je wilt werken niet naar je CV wat je wel kan en je wordt goed uitgelegd wat je moet doen dus ik zeg je timing DOEN

β β β β β De medewerkers van Timing zijn vriendelijk, maar de communicatie tussen de opdrachtgevers en de recruiters loopt niet goed. De recruiters hebben niet allemaal een goed zicht van de verwachting van de opdrachtgever waardoor sommige sollicitanten een baan aangeboden krijgen om op te solliciteren, waar ze later weer op worden afgewezen. Hetzelfde geldt voor vacatures die online staan, bijvoorbeeld medewerker drukkerij, productiemedewerker in een bakkerij en flesjes. Deze vacatures staan open op de site, alleen datgene wat de opdrachtgever vraagt dekt de lading niet met de vereisten van de vacature. Zo zoeken ze bij de bakkerij juist mensen op oproepbasis en niet als parttimer. De slechte communicatie is zo zonde bij een bedrijf met zoveel potentie. Ik had graag voor jullie willen werken, maar iedere keer solliciteren en dan met een dooie mus blij gemaakt worden dat is iets wat voor mij niet werkt. Het geeft mij te weinig structuur.

For example, at the bakery they are looking for people on a call basis and not as a part-timer. The bad communication is so a shame at a company with so much potential. I would have liked to work for you, but applying every time and then being made happy with a dead sparrow is something that does not work for me. It gives me too little structure.

β β β β β Ik ga geen slechte dingen neerzetten over timing wel 1 ding zijn moeilijk bereikbare als het om bellen gaat maar ze zijn rap met de mail krijg m'n geld op tijd verder vind ik het prima zo ja een nog krijg wel herinneren mail elke dag over wanneer je moet werken dat mag wel wat minder

β β β β β The team from the office on fist touch is nice, but every next time you call is worst. Especially if you have a problem, and the communication with them is awful. You apply on a work, they call, but don't tell you anything, just inform that you will get an email with all the informations. Then there is no email, when you call that you have an interview, but don't know where and when, they don't tell you anything because they will send an email. Again email doesn't come. And again and again. By the end I had an very rude conversation with one lady, because I didn't come. Well sorry.
