Achteraf hoorde ik dat de werkgever mij niet zou uitnodigen voor een gesprek, maar dat YoungCapital (Amber) ervoor heeft gezorgd dat er wel een gesprek kwam. En ik werd nog aangenomen ook! :-) YoungCapital houdt goed contact en staat open voor vragen/feedback. Toppers! My application was picked up quickly and an appointment (remotely due to corona) soon followed. Had a very positive conversation. In retrospect, I heard that the employer would not invite me for an interview, but that YoungCapital (Amber) ensured that there was an interview. And I was accepted too! :-) YoungCapital maintains good contact and is open to questions / feedback. Toppers!
M	Maaike Wagensveld on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je op vrijdag nog een berichtje krijgt dat zowel het gesprek als gevoel positief waren en er op de daaropvolgende maandag nog een positieve referentie wordt ingewonnen en je dan alsnog krijgt te horen dat je niet snel genoeg bent en te weinig klantgericht( dat met een dijk van een klantgerichte ervaring) dan is het wel duidelijk dat Young Capital er vooral is voor de in hun ogen snellere en klantgerichtere jongeren. Een 'leuke' ervaring rijker zeg maar. Een lesje klantbeleving zou YC zelf ook niet misstaan. If you receive a message on Friday that both the conversation and feeling were positive and a positive reference is obtained on the following Monday and you are still told that you are not fast enough and too little customer-oriented (that with a dike of a customer-oriented experience) then it is clear that Young Capital is mainly there for the faster and more customer-oriented young people in their eyes. A 'fun' experience richer, so to speak. A lesson in customer experience would not be out of place for YC itself.

O	Odile Ackermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een aantal weken geleden heb ik gesolliciteerd op een leuke vacature die bij mij paste, en tot nu toe zo vaak gebeld en geappt naar deze persoon in kwestie, geen respons, eenmalig een reactie van haar in het Engels ook nog ontvangen dat ik de perfecte kandidaat was en dat ze mij zou bellen. Tot nu toe niks van haar gehoor, ze leest mijn berichten, maar reageert ook niet op. Ik vind ronduit asociaal hoe ze met kandidaten omgaan. Erg jammer, want ik wilde die baan zo graag, en ondertussen is deze vacature nog steeds open?! Laat kandidaat weten waar ze aan toe zijn, of er al iemand geselecteerd is of niet!! A few weeks ago I applied for a nice vacancy that suited me, and so far have called and texted so many times to this person in question, no response, a one-time response from her in English also received that I was the perfect candidate and that she would call me. Nothing from her audience so far, she reads my messages, but also does not respond. I find it downright antisocial how they deal with candidates. A great pity, because I wanted that job so badly, and in the meantime this vacancy is still open ?! Let candidate know where they stand, whether someone has already been selected or not !!
