Ook zaten er een kolonie lepelaars wat een beetje een verassing was. Die zitten er vooral in het voorjaar en een deel van de zomer. Great beautiful puddle! Especially if you go early and the sun still rises, there is a beautiful sky in the spring. There were also a colony of spoonbills which was a bit of a surprise. They are mainly there in the spring and part of the summer.

Het kan er alleen wel druk zijn dus het is raadzaam om een rustig tijdstip te kiezen. Beautiful place with a view of the water and all the birds that have a home there. It can only be busy so it is advisable to choose a quiet time.

Broedplaats van de lepelaars, reigers en aalscholvers. Vanaf dit uitzichtpunt kun je in het voorjaar de grote groepen lepelaars en aalscholvers goed zien en fotograferen. (Verrekijker is aanrader) rock. Nice elevated viewpoint with binoculars (free) over a wooden wall you look at the island in the Quackjeswater. Breeding ground for spoonbills, herons and cormorants. From this viewpoint you can see and photograph the large groups of spoonbills and cormorants in the spring. (Binoculars are recommended)
