Ultimoo is in 1997 gestart als incassoservice onder de naam Alec Burlington. Nét iets slimmer zijn dan de concurrentie is vanaf dag één onze missie geweest. De bedrijfsnaam is namelijk geen verwijzing naar een oprichter of andere persoon. De naam is gekozen omdat de kans groot was dat anno 1997 we bovenaan uw telefoonklapper zouden staan.

β β β β β I received an SMS from Ultimoo that informed me that I needed to pay something. It showed a link, and a phone number.
I received no letter, or anything else.
Everyone knows that these days it is completely unsafe, to click in links in text messages, and also call back those phone numbers.
It a quick way of getting scammed.
I am very unsure about what Ultimoo exactly is and if they are crooks or not.

β β β β β Pure scam and attempt from DHL to deliberately charge additional invoicing costs. They receive and international package and send the Duty tax invoice the the first known address in their system instead of the current address mentioned on the package or address known in the company register. Then they promptly send their invoice without reminders to their wholly owned collection agency to also profit from additional charges. For some reason this (100% DHL owned) company is capable of knowing the right contact details and sends the invoice and additional costs to the right address.
THESE PRACTICES ARE CRIMINAL!!

probably should have kept ignoring the bill. oh well. 8 bucks. what a joke if its legit. Though now i wonder why Iβd get a collections notice for something i didnβt know i owed, for something from fedex.
oh well. joke company.
