β β β β β Staff was pleasant and nice, except for the MANAGER or administrator - she was absolutely shocking!!! Absolutely not professional, sarcastic and with no respect for customers at all, plus rude: quoting -> "I am tired of that..Here is your money, I don't want to see you ever again here". No comments to describe how it made me feel when I was talking to her calmly and with respect!
The issue was that the gel manicure was not holding, after 3 days gel on two nails cracked and I came to fix it. No problem, let's give it another chance, things happen. After 2 days, gel on one nail cracked again. I asked for the refund to go and do my nails over in another place, as I don't trust it will last and I cannot/want to come every few days to do it over (the point of gel nails is to last long and not to bother). I did gel nails many times and never had this problem before that soon. After just a couple of minutes talking, this "manager" through money on the table and said the quote which you can see in the beginning. She also "threw" 10 euro more, which I returned, because I don't want any extra money - just what I paid for the poor service to go somewhere else. Should have kept it for the insult!
I hope she is not the owner of the salon, as her manicure lady came to apologise and was much more professional and customer-oriented! Not planning to ever come back, hope the manager will be happy!

β β β β β I went for a rootcover hairdying - uitgroei. I was attended by a very nice man (dont know the name) who did a wonderful job. He spoke English, was very gentle with my hair, gave me good advice for the color and protected my skin against dye and did a magnific simple blowdry. I am extremely satisfied with his service. Thank you :-). I can definitely recommend it for someone who is looking for basic service at a reasonable price and with great service with attention to details.

β β β β β I went for an expensive botoxhair treatment (a type of treatment that uses keratine and collagen to smooth the hair, frizz and curls) but is was applied wrongly and made zero difference to my hair, even damaging it with the flat ironing. The response to my review in the treatwell app was rude and unprofessional and didn't adress the issue (zero results with the treatment) nor did they offer a solution. The previous time i went for the same treatment, which was successfully applied and actually made a difference.

β β β β β I had lip injections done for the first time, can really recommend Samadi. She explained everything very thoroughly and did a really good job. I was slightly panicked when I saw how the βnewβ lips looked at first, but then they became less swollen, as they should have, and now looking really good

β β β β β I am leaving my review here because on Treatwell (through which I booked) my appointment was canceled so that I cannot leave the review:
To start from the beginning - I was informed at 10:30 that my appointment will be rescheduled from 11 to 11:30, which was way too late to reschedule but I accepted.
The pedicure was OK, although I was expecting more detailed callus removal (she had a shaver but didnβt use it).
Manicure was a nightmare - she was very slow, she was pinching my skin with the nail clipper, the gellac application was so imprecise (going over the edges) that another lady had to redo one nail straight away. On top - the lady who was doing my nails was quite rude and havenβt showed much interest for my issues.
I see that the place has good reviews so I guess this was an unfortunate event, however my experience was extremely disappointing.
I shared all the impressions with the owner who was there during the painful 2,5 hours and she charged the full price and offered me to come again for a better experience. However I will not be visiting this place again.

β β β β β Pouneh is the Unicare Salon's owner and she's a nice person.
The problem is that she changes her behavior completely when the client gives a negative feedback to some service that was done in her salon. Sign that she is not that tolerant...
We can see that she is reactive here in giving not nice answers to customers who were also not satisfied with some service done at Unicare Salon (regardless of who it is).
I don't think this kind of treatment with the client is nice or ethical.
Respecting people and their opinions is even more important.
I'm really disappointed.
