★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als starter had ik het heel zwaar met het vinden van een woning, maar door Unique heb een eindelijk een huis kunnen kopen, waar ik alleen van kon dromen. Geholpen bij letterlijke alle processen die om de hoek komen kijken en als je een woning koopt. Zelfs met verbouwen en je wordt overladen met tips, dus vooral ik, als starter had hier heel aan. Mocht ik in de toekomst weer in deze wereld belanden, dan kom ik zeker weer terug. Was een hele goeie ervaring.
 As a starter I had a very hard time finding a home, but because of Unique I was finally able to buy a house that I could only dream of. Helped with literally all processes that come into play and when you buy a home. Even with renovation and you are overloaded with tips, so especially me, as a starter, this was very helpful. If I end up in this world again in the future, I will definitely come back. Was a very good experience.

Just after we start with Unique Real Estate (Shanine) we got a wonderful place within 2 months. She helped us to find, inspect, evaluate, negotiate, everything!!!!! She also have good contacts like appraisers and translators to the notary day. We are REAAALLLYY HAPPYYY with her work and I HIGHLY recommend her. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many unsuccessful bids and bad experiences trying to find a purchase agent, Unique Real Estate helped my get my dream apartment in the first attempt! I wanted an agency that would charge a fixed price, and not a percentage of the purchase price, which seems too biased to me. Unique has excellent price and conditions and is totally worth the investment. Shanine was wonderful and helped us through every step of the purchase process. I highly recommend this agency!! I've given their contact to all my friends also looking to buy a house and they had great experiences with them as well.
