Nie traktują pracowników jak kolejny numer tylko z należytym szacunkiem, dbają o swoich pracowników robiąc nawet więcej niż "muszą". Dają za darmo możliwości rozwoju i kształcenia zawodowego o które wybierają sami pracownicy według potrzeb. Nigdy nie odmawiają pomocy i wręcz zachęcają do polepszenia swojej sytuacji. To idealne biuro dla wszystkich ambitnych ludzi, którzy wiążą przyszłość z Holandią. Mam nadzieję, że inne biura pracy zaczną brać z nich przykład czym jest prawdziwa agencja pracy i jak powinna działać. Z innymi agencjami (obozami) pracy miałem mnóstwo nieprzyjemnych sytuacji. Tylko Unique doceniło moje chęci i starania, a przede wszystkim zapytali mnie czego oczekuje i pomogło mi pójść dalej w kierunku, o który sam poprosiłem! Nikt nigdy mi nie rozkazywał gadkami typu: "Masz iść to pracy na firmę X i koniec." Zawsze traktowali mnie nie tyle jak pracownika na którym zarabiają, a jak człowieka. Dziękuję serdecznie za wszystko co dla mnie zrobili i życzę powodzenia w przyszłości oraz sukcesów. The only job office in the Netherlands that I can recommend after 5 years in the Netherlands. They do not treat employees as another number, but with due respect, they care about their employees by doing even more than "they have to". They offer development and professional training opportunities for free, chosen by employees themselves according to their needs. They never refuse to help and even encourage people to improve their situation. It is the perfect office for all ambitious people who connect the future with the Netherlands. I hope that other employment agencies will start to follow an example of what a real employment agency is and how it should operate. I had a lot of unpleasant situations with other job agencies (camps). Only Unique appreciated my willingness and efforts, and most of all they asked me what was expected and helped me go further in the direction I asked for myself!
