★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The looks on outside can definitely mislead you. The studio is dirty inside and the staff can't talk proper english or dutch. It is done very fast and employee is calling a friend during your manicure. Then after half satisfying manicure they ask you nearly double then other studios in amsterdam. i can not recommend this studio at all rather spend your money on something else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst salon experience I've had in the 25 years I've been getting my nails done. If no stars were possible that is what I would have given this experience. The technician took a total of 12 minutes to do the pedicure.. When I remarked on the fact that I had barely just sat down and already it was over - I was told my feet were already clean and there was nothing to do... The result was a terrible pedi with unevenly filed toenails and old nail polish not properly removed. The new polish was also very poorly applied. I highly recommend that you AVOID this nail salon....The hygiene is also questionable - the cuticle cutter that was used for my pedicure was borrowed by another technician (for a client) and it was not sterilized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE experience. First of all, I called to book an appointment and when I got there, I had no appointment and had to take a new one. This is when I should have never came back.
When I arrived, a very young girl was my nail artist (she was around 14, at the very oldest 17).
I asked for new shellac nails but it was not possible because they only do refills on nails that aren't from them. The design I ask for is a french manucure with a flower design on one nail. The french I wanted was a rather thic line (I showed a picture), but the girl kept making thin lines, and after saying 3 times to make it thiccer I did not bother anymore. Thus, you could see my real nails underneath the nails (horrible). Not to mention the refill was very badly done because you could tell where it was refilled. When I get out, I notice that there are bubbles and even HAIRS from the brush in my transparent shellac nails :/
Also I paid 55€ for this 45 minute procedure, even though the website mentions a price of 40€ for design and NEW shellac nails.
Do not go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just been for the third time and will not be going back. The first time was great, good well trained staff. Last time the girl who did my nails was on vacation and lots of new staff. This time I was expecting the girl from my first visit to be there.
All new staff who can hardly speak Dutch, they do not care and spend time while waiting for your treatments to work on their phones tutting rudely if you dare to speak to them.
My nails are a message. Uneven polish. Not evenly filed round. Just a mess.
Never going back.
The one star is for my first visit.

Didn’t remove feet skin, products were not long enough time to soak or act… water was very cold, people quite rude… I got a blister just 15 min after I left the place walking normal with my harmless old shoes… 50 euros! I am in pain and hard skin was just rubbed instead of removed so that gives pain and eye view it looks ugly full of yellow skin , what a waste… I will have to go somewhere else straight next days where they actually do a real pedicure.. instead there where they are pretending. 50 euros! Incredible…
. Really bad and expensive.
Don’t go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service for part of the Group . They decide for you what they are gonna make in your Nails , they have very bad service. You make an Appointment and they attend first to people has not appointment I felt very irrespected there. I will never come back or recommend this place . The place before use to be nice but before now is not nice anymore.
