I recently ordered some suplements from their online webshop. I am staying in Germany for a while and I had a small issue with the package arrival which was my fault as I didnt put the correct name on the shiping adress. After contacting the the unlimitedhealth.nl office through mail the lady working over there ensured me I would get my payed package one way or another, and if i dont they will send another one. This was such a kind gesture of their company. Fortunately i picked up the package only few days after at a local post office. I am convinced they have the best quality products on the market and would realy like to visit their shop one day.

First time trying yoga and it was one of the worst things I have done since living in Amsterdam. I went along with a friend who has many years of experience and it was terrible. We attended a weekend class and the teacher was outrageously rude, patronising and aggressive. He asked us to leave as we were not doing the poses to his liking. Incredibly unprofessional, absolutely no patience and very intimidating for a beginner. We ended up leaving the class as we were made to feel so unwelcome to get our money back. I am not one for publicly reviewing places but this something I wont forget in a hurry. Avoid going here, not worth the effort.

Worst yoga experience ever. Do not go here! The teacher is rude, preachy and aggressive! Completely unprofessional, angry person who will make you feel bad about yourself and tell you that you are lazy if you cannot perform the postures 'to his liking'. I cannot believe this business is still open! I came out the class feeling stressed because i was so angry...! My friend and I left the class because we felt so unwelcome, and requested our money back. Honestly, do not waste your time, you will regret it!

Yoga means Union, Union of the soul with the Supreme Soul. No place better than this one to realise this. Follow the instructions and you become physically fit and spiritually nourished. In classes in general humility is a requirement to learn. So also in these classes. So far no regrets. In 10 years lost 20 kilo's and became spiritually conscious. Yes, yoga is a lonely road, but if you need guidance you can find it here.

I went to the yoga lessons at Unlimited Health a couple of times. I was pretty surprised by the type of teaching that was provided. Having practiced yoga since 2000, this was the first time a teacher did not encourage me to listen to my body or to not push myself beyond my limits. For example, one of the exercises involved swinging your head up and down very fast and forcefully. At one point, the instructor was walking around telling people to just push through even if they felt like stopping, because they were simply being lazy. If you are a bit out of shape, and then encouraged to push yourself too hard, it can very easily lead to injuries. On the whole, I found the teaching unprofessional, as well as too "preachy" (in one class, he held a lengthy lecture on the evil of eating chocolate!). There are many good yoga studios in Amsterdam that provide great classes such as Delight Yoga or Yoga Garden. I would recommend to try one of those if you're serious with your yoga practice, and want to learn or improve your technique in a non-judgmental and safe environment!

Worst yoga experience, ever. I've practiced yoga in the US and in the Netherlands and never once encountered such an arrogant, preachy, rude teacher. He actually yelled at someone in the middle of class because he wanted everyone to be going at the exact same pace. Also felt the need to critise people's dietary choices mid-practice. Yoga shouldn't be treated like we are practicing military drills. This place doesn't deserve anyone's business.

First of all, this is a special place, that would be wrong to evaluate in "stars". I came to this studio 5 years ago, and meeting Anil changed my life. I feel it's unfair to speak about this place and him in terms that are used below. Through his classes I understood, that yoga is not something you do for an hour twice a week, it's a process of perpetual inner work, daily. And I'm not telling it from a hign moral horse: I'm still to learn and to transform myself a lot. Anil is not demanding β€” Yoga is demanding. Indeed, it's very hard to exercise and meditate if you eat meat, and if you drink beer or wine daily: when you take breathing exercises daily you would notice filthy taste inside; if you do postures β€” you'd feel heavy. But you'd only know the difference if you try to work hard, and not immediately complain that you were mistreated. Same with traumas: they can occur anywhere any time. It's not the teacher's fault. It's a fault of a person who can't feel their own body. Having a trauma is a sign to rethink your borders and limits. Feeling offended is a call of the ego. Yes, it is not a place of mindfulness. Mindfulness is a neoliberal concept, that is promoted as a corporate lifestyle immediate stress-release pill, an artificial concept, an illusion and a placebo. Fast food, fast relaxation. We need to learn to live slow again. This is a slow place, with lots of warmness and love, if you care, if you take an effort to listen and come regularly. In a long term it encourages you to change yourself in order to not forget that you are a soul, reduce your ego, become conscious of your own movements, and weaknesses, be present here and now. Unlimited Health is a sustainable community: it is not based on "consuming" everything around. Here you can't find a yoga if you have a customer attitude. It's about participation, involvement, curiosity and care. It is impossible to consume God, but here it is possible to learn how to connect to it, if you are patient and work hard.

Best yoga studio I have been to, the teacher is straight forward and open with his beliefs. For the first time I have a vegan yoga teacher which is very important to me. The service there is wonderful and personal, the smoothies are delicious and they have the biggest selection that I have seen of cruelty free products that enhance your living. I would recommend this place to anyone that is open for personal growth, if you get offended than maybe you need to work on yourself.
