E	Emma Scholten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new hotel in the city centre of Rotterdam is a real asset! The room is modernly designed with beautiful colours. It is very clean and equipped with everything you need; hairdryer, smart-tv and it has a great bed! The bathroom is a real eye-catcher with a very nice shower. They also provide the option to order a really nice breakfast! All in all, this hotel is fantastic and I really recommend everyone who is visiting Rotterdam (for work or pleasure) to check out this hotel!
K	Katharina Husmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a perfect stay at this hotel. We really liked the style and the great marketing. Everything went well. The check in with the QR Code was easy. And for the check out we're allowed to stay longer. The hotel stuff was very friendly and helped us at any time. The rooms were small, but you had everything you need to unplug. And if you didn't have all you need, the nice hotel manager made sure you get everything you need. The Bed was very cosy and comfy and everything was very clean. And the free coffee tasted delicious. The hotel has a great location with a lot of bars, restaurants and shopping stores nearby, we really recommend this fancy hotel.

You have to get use to the digital-vibe in the hotel, with opening all of the doors with your mobile, and no staff around, but when you get it, its so easy and user-friendly! Everything was really clean and love the use of colours. When we need a hotel room in Rotterdam again, I'll definitely go back here. Unfortunately they are only in Rotterdam for now... Hopefully they'll go worldwide!

The location is also great as it was in the city center but in a quiet area. From the staff, i got aquainted with Stan and he was super friendly and helpful whenever anything was needed. Thanks for a lovely stay.
B	Ben Zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in the hotel for one night - quick trip to Rotterdam. I stayed on the first floor (half-basement). Hotel was mostly clean and online key worked without any problems. Service however, rather a lack thereof was very evident. Checked in around 17:30 and requested a room change and the helpline was not able to help further. I wrote an email to their info desk at 17:44 followed by a follow up email at 18:32 and received no reply. The helpline mentioned the manager would look into this at 20:00, which was not the case. Noise insulation is not the best as footsteps on the creaking floorboards are audible each time someone enters/exists the hotel, in addition to people holding conversations at 2am in the "lobby". It is worth noting that there is no safe to store valuables in this hotel (whichever room you choose). Additionally, I was not able to find the check-out time anywhere on the website or in the room. I ended up finding it on the Booking.com website under FAQ (check-out time is 11:00). Finally, the shower drain was clogged and needed to be serviced. I will choose a different hotel on my next trip to Rotterdam and do not recommend this hotel unless you do not mind the above. I hope you have a great trip to Rotterdam!

S	Se Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 3 nights - having very mixed feelings about this accommodation - Our first room was having a lack of cleaning and maintenance, like broken plugs, missing cleaning in the bathroom, worn magazines and blanket. A new room and upgrade was offered the next day immediately after complaint to the staff, where cleaning was much better then before and on average hotel level. As well a refund of the first night payment was promised but didn't happen yet acc. to my credit card balance. In the second room the sink didn't work properly and the water was standing a long time in the sink and dirt couldn't go down with the water + liked the general concept and design of the hotel, very modern equipped and efficient communication, rooms equipped with netflix and sound system + the staff is kind and supportive o breakfast was included, served in external restaurant about 150m away. The staff there is kind as well, quality of products is good and tasty. But only a small orange juice is included, hot drinks like coffee needs to paid extra which is very unusual for a hotel breakfast. Would have wished as well some variation of breakfast, 3 days always the same sausage & cheese is a bit boring. Breakfast on the weekend only after 9am, can be challenging if you are an early bird and like to use the whole day.
K	Katha Von on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to admit I was a bit sceptic based on the reviews I saw on here, but we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are minimalist, with a beautiful colour scheme (but I also don't travel to stay in a hotel) and I thought the price was excellent for what we got. The staff knew that we were celebrating our anniversary, and even went through the trouble of decorating the room. It all felt very cute and romantic and it definitely made our weekend. The location is excellent in my opinion, central and nearby pretty much everything.
