Dat ik nu niet gelijk een reis boek, betekent niet dat ik dat in de toekomst niet ga boeken. Dikke doei daar. Too bad I was barked at on the phone while I was asking a normal question about traveling to Malawi (Africa), in times of corona. Just because I don't book a trip right now, doesn't mean I won't book it in the future. Bye bye there.

Van 28 december 2019 tm 17 januari 2020 heb ik een geweldige ervaring opgedaan in Zuid-India! De prachtige, luxe hotels, de excursies, de gidsen, de route én de privé-chauffeur Mr. Sebastian alles was erg goed georganiseerd en het programma enorm gevarieerd. Het probleem met de safari in Bandipur is gecompenseerd met een gratis diner op mijn laatste bestemming, echt topp!! Zuid-India heb ik met een gouden rand in mijn hart gesloten, zoveel kleur, vriendelijkheid en hartelijkheid, gewoon een bestemming om graag naartoe terug te keren...... ?. Tryntsje, I want to thank you very much for the wonderful tour that you have put together for me. From December 28, 2019 to January 17, 2020, I have had a fantastic experience in South India! The beautiful, luxury hotels, the excursions, the guides, the route and the private driver. Sebastian everything was very well organized and the program varied enormously. The problem with the safari in Bandipur was compensated with a free dinner at my last destination, really great !! I have closed South India with a golden edge in my heart, so much color, kindness and cordiality, just a destination to return to ...... ?.

De laatste hotel was een beetje te hoog voor mijn man en de tour operator heeft ons een dag eerder in San Jose kunnen regelen. Dat hebben wij zo gewaardeerd. Uiteindelijk zaten wij in een super luxe kamer en mochten daar ook de volgende dag blijven. Verder is alles heel goed verlopen. We hebben inderdaad 3 walvissen gezien maar we hebben ook tijdens een bird watching wandeling de Quetzal vogel gezien. Wat is die mooi. Het vervoer liep gesmeerd en waren keurig op tijd en leuke chauffeurs. De hotels waren over het algemeen heel mooi en goed schoon en verzorgd. Verder geen klachten. Een paar tips …………… thee in de kamer is ook wel prettig. Ik weet de Costa mensen zijn van de koffie maar ik zelf wil eerst in de ochtend thee. Ook miste wij een toiletborstel. Om maar iets geks te melden. In het president hotel in San Jose was er al helemaal niets op de kamer wel bij de lobby. Maar eigenlijk hebben we niets gemist. Het eten en drinken was prima soms wel een beetje grof en erg olieachtig maar dat hoort bij het land. All-in all het was heel erg leuk. Voor ons niet meer vanwege de hoogte waar min man niet tegen kan – hij is hartpatient en heeft 2 jaar geleden Legionella gehad dus zijn de longen ook niet helemaal tof. Groetjes Henny P.S. Hierbij een kleine impressie We have had a great time. The last hotel was a bit too high for my husband and the tour operator arranged us a day earlier in San Jose. We appreciated that so much. We ended up in a super luxurious room and were allowed to stay there the next day. Furthermore, everything went very well. We have indeed seen 3 whales, but we have also seen the Quetzal bird during a bird watching walk. What a beautiful one. The transport ran smoothly and were on time and nice drivers. The hotels were generally very nice and well clean and cared for. No further complaints. A few tips …………… tea in the room is also nice. I know the Costa people are from coffee but I first want tea in the morning. We also missed a toilet brush. Just to report something crazy. In the President hotel in San Jose there was nothing in the room though near the lobby. But we didn't miss anything. The food and drinks were fine, sometimes a bit coarse and very oily, but that is part of the country. All in all it was very nice. Not for us anymore because of the height that less man can't handle - he is a heart patient and has had Legionella 2 years ago so the lungs aren't quite cool either. Greetings Henny P.S. Mariette heeft alle tijd genomen om de reis geheel op onze wensen af te stemmen en mee gedacht in wat nog meer of anders mogelijk was. Absoluut een klantvriendelijk, kundig en professionele organisatie! We received very professional and friendly help. Mariette took all the time to tailor the trip entirely to our wishes and thought along in what more or differently was possible. Absolutely a customer-friendly, knowledgeable and professional organization!

We werden gebracht naar alle toplocaties die we als fotograaf kunnen dromen. Ideaal om precies op zo'n manier en op maat gemaakt te kunnen genieten ! Extremely goal-oriented and down to the last detail worked out trip! Very smooth journey thanks to the right guidance on site. We were taken to all the prime locations we can dream of as a photographer. Ideal to be able to enjoy exactly this way and tailor-made!
A	Alexx en Claudia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nadat ik een offerte voor een dure combinatie reis had aangevraagd, werd er werd wel vlot contact opgenomen. Echter de eerste vraag was: wat is jouw budget? Ik gaf aan dat ik geen idee had, maar dat ik me er wel bewust van was dat het geen goedkope reis zou worden. Toen werd er al meteen aangegeven: als je geen budget hebt gaan wij geen offerte opmaken. Dus ik gaf nogmaals aan dat er voldoende budget was maar dat ik simpelweg geen idee had wat een realistisch budget zou zijn voor deze reis. Mevrouw (Mariette) gaf aan dat het minstens 3.500-4.000 zou gaan kosten, dus ik zei dat het prima was maar dat ik dan wel graag op papier zou willen zien waar de reis uit bestaat. Er werd aangegeven dat er veel tijd en moeite in de reis gestoken zou worden, dus ze moest zeker weten dat ik concreet geïnteresseerd zou zijn. Ik gaf nogmaals aan dat ik de reis hoe dan ook wil gaan maken, maar dat ik wel graag wil zien hoe de reis in elkaar steekt. Vervolgens werd ik naar de website doorverwezen. Voor mij was de maat vol en ik gaf aan dat het mij duidelijk was dat ze er geen moeite in wilde steken. Waarop mij meteen onvriendelijk gedag gezegd werd. Vreemde omgang met potentiële nieuwe klanten in deze (voor de reisbranche) toch al zware Corona tijd. Ik hoop in ieder geval dat haar werkgever dit leest en zich er bewust van is dat er zojuist een dure reis door zijn/haar neus geboord is door eigen personeel ? After I had requested a quote for an expensive combination trip, I was contacted quickly. However, the first question was: what is your budget? I indicated that I had no idea, but that I was aware that it would not be a cheap trip. It was immediately indicated: if you do not have a budget, we will not prepare a quote. So I indicated again that there was sufficient budget but that I simply had no idea what a realistic budget would be for this trip. Ms (Mariette) indicated that it would cost at least 3,500-4,000, so I said it was fine but I would like to see on paper what the trip consists of. It was indicated that a lot of time and effort would be put into the trip, so she had to make sure that I would be concretely interested. I indicated again that I want to make the trip anyway, but that I would like to see how the trip works. Then I was redirected to the website. For me it was enough and I indicated that it was clear to me that she did not want to put in any effort. To which I was immediately greeted unkindly. Strange dealing with potential new customers in this (for the travel industry) already tough Corona time. In any case, I hope her employer reads this and is aware that an expensive trip has just been drilled through his / her nose by her own staff ?

De reis betrof 6 verschillende locaties in het prachtige noordelijke deel van Zuid Afrika. Niet alleen de reis en de hotels zelf waren fantastisch, maar zeer zeker ook de uitgebreide informatie die Untamed Travelling ons vooraf heeft gestuurd in de vorm van een digitaal overzicht met alle informatie, en een app voor tijdens ons verblijf waarin alles nogmaals stond vermeld. Hierdoor geen vragen of onduidelijkheden. Wat een enorme goede service! Dit is alles waarin een goede reisorganisatie zich in onderscheidt. Bedankt Untamed Travelling! Untamed Traveling put together a trip for us that exceeded all expectations! The trip involved 6 different locations in the beautiful northern part of South Africa. Not only the trip and the hotels themselves were fantastic, but certainly also the extensive information that Untamed Traveling sent us in advance in the form of a digital overview with all information, and an app for during our stay in which everything was mentioned again. This means no questions or ambiguities. What a great service! This is everything in which a good travel organization distinguishes itself. Thank you Untamed Travelling!

Untamed is gespecialiseerd in dit soort reizen dus ik had er dan ook de volste vertrouwen in dat dit goed zou uitpakken. Na mijn budget en wensen doorgegeven te hebben kreeg ik een "offerte op maat" echter 1 hotel sprak ons niet aan waarna er direct gekeken werd naar wat ons eventueel wel aansprak. Na toezegging waren de reispapieren in een prachtig gebonden boek thuisgestuurd met allemaal extra informatie en tips. Bij het 1e hotel aangekomen stond er een welkomtstkaartje van Untamed waarin ons een prettig verblijf en een geweldige reis gewenst werd. Kortom ; Wij kunnen niet wachten tot we onze volgende reis kunnen boeken bij Untamed! Finally our dream came true, a 15 day tour and safari in South Africa. Untamed specializes in this kind of travel, so I was confident that it would work out well. After passing on my budget and wishes, I received a "tailor-made offer", however 1 hotel did not appeal to us, after which we immediately looked at what might appeal to us. Once promised, the travel documents were sent home in a beautifully bound book with all kinds of extra information and tips. When we arrived at the 1st hotel, there was a welcome card from Untamed wishing us a pleasant stay and a great journey. In short ; We can't wait to book our next trip with Untamed!
