★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie tas en goede service toen er een naadje kapot ging van de tas (verder wel een tas die lang mee zou moeten gaan volgens mij). Eén mailtje en ik kreeg direct reactie dat ik de tas kon opsturen en dat zij hem (kosteloos) zouden repareren. Heel fijn!
 Nice bag and good service when a seam broke from the bag (otherwise a bag that should last a long time, I think). One email and I received a direct response that I could send the bag and that they would repair it (free of charge). Very nice!
