Mijn appartement was al netjes ingericht maar de styling heeft er absoluut voor gezorgd dat de verkoop beter en vlotter verliep omdat alles er tot in de puntjes verzorgd uit zag. Bedankt Marloes! UP Vastgoedstyling took care of the styling of my apartment for sale. Marloes did this in a passionate, professional and very friendly way. My apartment was already neatly furnished, but the styling has definitely ensured that sales went better and smoother because everything looked neat and tidy. Thanks Marloes!

Ze zette me goed aan het werk om alles wat ‘overbodig’ was in huis weg te halen en ze creëerde met mijn eigen spullen (sommige waarvan ik niet eens meer wist dat ik ze had) een mooie look en feel. Daarna zijn er foto’s gemaakt, ik herkende bijna mijn eigen huis niet! Zo mooi!! Dit was een hele waardevolle ervaring en ik kan het iedereen aanraden als je je huis gaat verkopen. Je gaat met hele andere ogen naar je huis kijken. Magisch! Marloes is echt een topper! I really enjoyed the collaboration with Marloes. She put me to work to get rid of everything 'superfluous' in the house and she created a beautiful look and feel with my own stuff (some that I didn't even know I had anymore). After that, pictures were taken, I almost didn't recognize my own house! So beautiful!! This was a very valuable experience and I can recommend it to everyone if you are going to sell your house. You will look at your house with completely different eyes. Magic! Marloes is a real winner!

Op de dag van de fotoshoot was Marloes als een ware duizendpoot actief om overal nèt dat beetje meer sfeer te creëren. Ongelooflijk wat zij ziet en wat zij met soms simpele en met reeds aanwezige materialen kan omtoveren. De fotoreportage en de brochure op Funda waren daarna tiptop! Veel bezichtigingen en een uitstekende opbrengst waren het gevolg. Denk niet dat je zelf alles kan, UP Vastgoedstyling inschakelen is 100 keer effectiever. Hele fijne samenwerking. Ook tijdens het afstylen voor de foto’s hebben we samen enorm hard gewerkt en kwam ze ter plekke met hele goede improvisaties. We hebben onze woning heel fijn verkocht, maar we geven toe dat we door het resultaat opnieuw verliefd werden op het huis. Voor next level interieurstyling moet je bij Marloes zijn. We are very happy to have worked with Marloes. She has a good eye for detail and thinks along with you very well. We also worked very hard together during the styling for the photos and she came on the spot with very good improvisations. We sold our house very nicely, but we admit that the result made us fall in love with the house again. Marloes is the place to be for next level interior styling.
