Sluitingstijd is de tijd en dan moet men niet op secondes letten. Het kan wel eens een 1/2 minuut te vroeg zijn , maar het gebeurd ook dat het iets later is. Dan wordt er niet geschreven , het was eigenlijk tijd, maar hij er wordt nog wel geholpen. Men weet altijd wanneer het geregend heeft, maar niet wanneer de zon geschenen heeft.
