These guys are the worst at delivering. They wer too lazy to actually deliver it to my door TWICE !!! They just place the paper that " we missed you". Terrible service i do not recommend them at all.

I used firefox with their ups online shop. I did not go well. I ended up paying 4 times for a package and its a major hassle to get the money back

You can deliver your package till 7.30pm and on same night it will be taken for delivery

Don't use UPS: I paid 42€ to get a package delivered in the US within 4 days, but instead they delivered it to 4 days later to... my house in the Netherlands !!! With a label "Do NOT send back to customer" written on it. I called the service center and after 40 minutes phone call I was finally able to reach someone telling me that it was indeed a mistake in their sorting center, and if I want the package delivered I need to issue a new label that will cost 42€ again...

I waited for a call with customer service 50 minutes, recorded secretary, no result, you sent an email 5 days ago that the package will be at home between 8 and 12 it has not happened until today, where is my package? track & trace shows that it is already at my house for 5 days! I will never use your services again and I do not recommend it to anyone

I had a package which was will be delivered yesterday (tracking says it was on it's way), didn't received anything the end of the day. Tracking page changed back "In Transit" with no delivery date or status of what happened yesterday. Called the UPS local number 4 times! And they said they would ask the pool to call me, every time it says they will call within 1 hour but never happened! Very bad experience with no promise being fulfilled and no communication at all. Package tracking page is not updated even until now and calling the number resulted with people giving promise but no action at all.

UPS delivery guys are underpaid overworked and unable to carry out timely deliveries. So they dump the parcels at a service point as to gain some time to go home in utter exhaustion to feed their family. They are real good guys but they simply cannot deliver each and every parcel to each and every customer in person due to a delivery planning that is impossible to follow. UPS company ought to be ashamed to this kind of slavery, and not only their misused personnel but also their customer base has to pay for this kind of mismanagement (read: medieval slavery).

Bad service, bad customer service, took them 3 days to process in their system to leave a package at my neighbors. The customers service does not provide you support or even really tries to help you. They simple keep you hanging and tell you that is the way it is.
