If anyone knows how to teach, it's Bethinda. Very good yoga classes, which you will feel afterwards. Also massaged once, was also very good. Highly recommended! greetings Geraldiene

Wonderful space to be! Are you reading this review and are you pregnant? Give yourself a pregnancy massage as a gift! Bethinda takes all the time for you and listens to what your body needs. I'll be able to keep up with my pregnancy for a while, book session number 3 soon ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very relaxing & positive atmosphere! Anneke is a great teacher and her pilates classes are always different and challenging. She makes effort to involve everyone during the class. She even made the whole session in English for me. I've tried many different studios in Amsterdam and Haarlem but this one & Anneke is by far the best!
