Dagen na de uitvaart toen de mist een beetje was opgetrokken, liep ik in gedachten nog eens stap voor stap deze dag door en dacht tevreden ...ja.. het was een mooie uitvaart waar iedereen bij werd betrokken, waarbij je het gevoel kreeg dat je echt liefdevol afscheid kon nemen . Days after the funeral, when the fog had lifted a bit, I walked through this day step by step in my mind and thought satisfied ... yes ... it was a beautiful funeral where everyone was involved, where you got the feeling that you could say goodbye really lovingly. Ik was daarom enorm blij dat wij voor de begrafenis van onze moeder de steun van Lucia van Uriël Uitvaart hadden. Ze overtrof al mijn verwachtingen. Wat Lucia zo bijzonder maakt is dat ze tegelijkertijd de organisatie naadloos overneemt EN een steun en rustpunt is op emotioneel gebied voor iedereen die dat nodig heeft. En dit alles zonder opdringerig of teveel aanwezig te zijn. Dit is niet mijn eerste uitvaart-ervaring, maar ik ben nog nooit iemand tegengekomen die dit moeilijke beroep zo competent, discreet, en vol compassie uitoefende. Bent u een dierbare verloren, doe uzelf dan een groot plezier en ga met Uriel uitvaart in zee. Funerals are often very difficult emotionally, but also socially. I was therefore very happy that we had the support of Lucia van Uriël Uitvaart for our mother's funeral. She exceeded all my expectations. What makes Lucia so special is that at the same time she seamlessly takes over the organization AND is an emotional support and resting point for everyone who needs it. And all this without being intrusive or too present. This isn't my first funeral experience, but I've never met anyone so competent, discreet, and compassionate in this difficult profession. Your compassion, kindness, attention to detail but importantly your gentle and respectful manner helped us greatly while morning our loss. You went above and beyond with nothing being a problem, only finding solutions making our celebration a complete success without any issues whatsoever, a true professional with a real human touch. Finally, everything you did to help us repatriate our friend to his home of New Zealand and all that this entailed was just amazing and thanks to you he is now home safe and sound. I can whole heartedly recommend Lucia as we trusted her absolutely and our trust was fulfilled and more with her organising everything making our day that little bit easier knowing our friend was in the best of hands.
