★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kreeg een woodwick kaars van 12,50 euro cadeau deze heeft maar 2 halve avonden gebrand, vind het schandalig voor zoveel geld zo kort branden. M'n kaarsen van de action voor nog geen 2 euro branden gewoon een hele week. Voor mij geen woodwick meer zonde van het geld
Got a woodwick candle of 12.50 euros as a gift, it only burned 2 half evenings, think it is outrageous for so much money burning so short. My candles from the action for less than 2 euros just burn a whole week. Woodwick is no longer a waste of money for me

Altijd de kaarsen netjes binnen gekregen, goed verpakt en snel, dus een top service.
Tot gouw weer?
Order some candles once in a while, because the store is a bit too far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nu meerdere malen hier wat besteld en ben erg onder de indruk van de goede bezorgservice (alle keren binnen een of twee dagen bezorgd en netjes verpakt in bubbeltjesplastic) en de overzichtelijke website.
Now ordered something here several times and I am very impressed by the good delivery service (all times delivered within one or two days and neatly packaged in bubble wrap) and the clear website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most UNPROFESSIONAL service I received in YEARS! I orders some candles for Christmas to give them away as a present. Not only they arrived overdue in January, the service point was closed and the candles were sent back. I had to call them again and again to ask them to dispatch the candles once again, this time, to my home. After many days of delay, the candles have arrived but the mailman delivered to the wrong person who also signed the delivery instead of me... Setting aside the incompetence of PistNL, I called the company to explain the situation but they did nothing, not even starting an investigation as suggested by PostNL. They seem not to understand that I have a contract with them according to which I bought a product and a delivery service, they they have the actual contract with the delivery service, so anything that goes wrong during the delivery it's theyr responsibility to figure it out with post NL.
At some point they stopped picking up the phone when I was calling for updates and they haven't replied to me ever since. The stuff speak terrible english and they lack communication skills. The outcome is that my Christmas gift was stolen and US candles they do not seem to care about it! I feel deeply frustrated and I would encourage other potential customers to prefer a different retail store fore their purchases.
