I had previous experience in voice training, but I learned new things from this course, and confirmed and refreshed what I already knew. The focus on work related voice use is exactly what I needed, being an independent designer, having to talk regularly with exasperating clients (and very nice ones as well, but that's easy). Especially the tips on phone calls were very insightful. Clearly, Laura has experience using her own voice in a business environment, and can relate to what people like me need.

The sessions were playful, insightful, and reflective. She is very patient and empathic, I feel safe to practice with her on my most insecure aspects of voice. I also really like practice from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Theory of Positive Disintegration.
