P	Pieter Gorter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben zeer slecht te spreken over de Service ! Ik heb een DORO 8030 besteld, kwam binnen werkte niet, wat bleek de Accu stuk ! Heb hier over gebeld, heb zelf een nieuwe Accu gekocht dit per E-mail gemeld ! Kreeg te horen de Nieuwe Accu wordt niet vergoed, stuur maar terug we hebben nog zoo een liggen ! Ik heb gevraagd of de Doro getest is wel bij binnen komst werd er verteld, geen antwoord of hij getest is voor dat hij naar mij verzonden is ! Er werd ook verteld dat de aankoop prijs te laag was om te verwachten dat er problemen waren met de Doro ! De Doro 8030 werd geleverd zonder Oplader snoer en Houder ! Al met al zeer slechte Service ! Ik koop niks meer bij USED ! I am very unhappy with the Service! I ordered a DORO 8030, came in did not work, what turned out to be the battery! Called about this, bought a new battery myself, reported this by e-mail! Was told the New Battery will not be reimbursed, send it back, we still have one lying around! I asked if the Doro has been tested, but upon arrival was told, no answer if it was tested before it was sent to me! We were also told that the purchase price was too low to expect any problems with the Doro! The Doro 8030 was delivered without Charger cord and Holder! All in all very bad service ! I won't buy anything from USED anymore!

Afgelopen week ben ik langsgegaan om een telefoon te kopen, die op de site als ´in nieuwstaat´ werd verkocht. Echter, na een half uur rijden daar aangekomen, kwam ik erachter dat er een kras in het beeldscherm zat, duidelijk niet in nieuwstaat dus. Erg jammer. De werknemers verleenden wel goede service, maar ben uiteindelijk helaas met lege handen naar huis gegaan. Advies, kijk goed wat je koopt en ga niet uit van hetgeen wordt aangegeven op site/door verkopers. Normally always satisfied with Used Products, but not this time. Last week I stopped by to buy a phone, which was sold on the site as 'in new condition'. However, after half an hour of driving there, I found out that there was a scratch in the screen, clearly not in new condition. Pity. The employees provided good service, but unfortunately I ended up going home empty-handed. Advice, look carefully at what you buy and do not rely on what is indicated on the site/by sellers.
